The teller was fantastic, but they didn’t have anyone to talk to about the credit card I have with them, or the overdraft fees I shouldn’t have been charged. They just gave me a phone number and said good luck. Again, the teller was super sweet and fantastic, but frustrating the location can’t actually handle banking related issues.

Been coming here for about 2 years now and I've been cashing my checks a day early but no not today the teller told me "ohhhh looks like their tryna pay you early" no I've been doing this for a year already she then says "ohhhh well today u won't be able to deposit your check because you're a day early".. I then said well I've been doing this and nobody has told me anything and she said "well maybe those tellers aren't reading your checks" completely done with this location... I also find it funny how she just picked up on the fact that the check was early because she has cashed my check before....

The 'drive through' was a bit slower than it could have been, but only bc the teller assisted someone who arrived later than I did. Didn't mention I didn't appreciate being bumped; just let it go & wished him well.Still giving 4 stars bc I like WF as a bank.

The manager at this location was exceptionally helpful. After having 2 extremely poor experiences at with the palm valley location, I am very thankful this specific location treats anyone who walk through the door like people.

This branch is not helpful. I walked into the branch at 9:54 AM to open a new account. The branch had no customers and at least four employees (2 tellers, banker and a branch manager). They told me they cannot help me to open a new account since they have an appointment for 10:30 AM (which is almost 40 minutes away). I tried to explain that I have everything ready (IDs, initial deposit, no need for a debit card and my online banking was set up already), but the branch manager was unyielding, suggesting me to open an account online. So I left and the branch came back to its original state - idle with no customers.PS: I understand that tellers need to be at their counters in case customers come, but the banker could easily taken care of my business in that 40 minutes or less. If not, manager could easily taken over. An hour for opening a simple checking account is very generous allowance. It's quite amazing how little care was demonstrated for someone who literally brought them new business and money.

I went in to withdraw my money and close my accounts, it took the girl almost twenty minutes to pull the money from my accounts which is ridiculous and she had no help when there was three people in line behind me. I wanted to close my accounts which I told her when she was withdrawing the money and she had to get a manger who then stated that you can close online but they can not do it in the branch. (Blew my mind) Where she said you can close your account at only brings you to a number that you have to call and wait so I had to sit on hold for forty minutes on the phone which was the second time that day (I closed my credit card with them also). Needless to say I highly recommend doing business with a bank that actually appreciates peoples time and can take care of you inside. I was a loyal member for 12 years but honestly after the customer service I had received the last few times (phone and in person)and then the fraud with the bank using my info to open other accounts. Im surprised they are still around.

Corruption and closing accounts without notice. Stick to trustworthy banking practices. We are closing all our accounts after 15 years.
