WF at this location has short staff, so the registers are not ready at opening and the window is closed, which is inconvenient. The drive through is a bit slower because the teller assisted someone who arrived later. The manager is exceptionally helpful and treats people who walk through the door like people, unlike other locations. The girls who help are extremely kind, speak Spanish and English, and find a translator by phone. They help with all questions and everything needed, and people give 4 stars for the bank.
Best bank ever. Personal service. Friendly staff. Watches out for any fraud on my account which last rwo banks did not and ended up with being scammed and identity stolen. Can’t say enough good things about my Wells Fargo branch on University in Round Rock!

Window not open, though hours are posted, had to go in. For my business, I need to go and this process is much slower and inconvenient.

What’s the point of opening at 9 if your registers/ you aren’t ready?? Not to mention the window being closed due to short staff. It’s not the staffs fault they are just really really short staffed and need help but it’s becoming really inconvenient
