“My wife and I recently visited Rooms to Go in search of a new bed, and we were fortunate to catch a fantastic weekend special, which we gladly seized. The bonus was their complimentary delivery and assembly service. A special shoutout to Kristen Wright, whose assistance made the process smooth and helped us find the perfect fit. Now, when it comes to furniture shopping, I'm one of those folks who often struggle to find pieces I truly like. Unfortunately, my wife is in the same boat, which means our furniture-shopping adventures tend to be short-lived. We enter, and we exit within minutes. Rooms To Go doesn't deviate from this pattern for us. However, I've noticed their prices are on the higher side, particularly when compared to smaller Mom and Pop stores. It's a bit perplexing, especially considering their exclusive focus on one product type. How can they be pricier than the rest? But here's the silver lining: the staff is friendly and accommodating, and if you do happen to discover something you love in their selection, their financing options are indeed top-notch.”
“This Pop Shelf location is phenomenal! Mary, Yolanda and the entire staff go above and beyond..I found some perfect , inexpensive , identical gifts for my students.., but there were only seven on the shelf..Yolanda volunteered to pick up the additional four I needed at the PS location in Mesquite. There was a bit of mix up as to when I was to return to pick them up, but when I did return a few days later, Yolanda had gifted them to me?. My life has afforded me many opportunities to experience hospitality/service all over the world and I can wholeheartedly say that you will experience concierge level service at the Pop Shelf in Rockwall, Texas.”

“Super fun little place, it gives you new ideas of how to decorate as well as some fun Gourmet coffees and teas that you can pick out. There are some tools that you probably didn't think you needed, or even existed, but do. It is definitely a fun little shop to walk around and look in and find things that you weren't even looking for to buy. It would be a great place for gifts as well.”

“Ordered two items for pick up because they were not available at my local stores. Drove nearly 3 hours one way to pick it up only to find one of the items cancelled (even though they had 3 perfectly fine ones on the shelf) and the other was an extremely damaged item that they wrapped and tapped up in paper. It’s the large raven on their website that is literally missing a whole leg.
Updated: got a call that they were sending me a new one to my home address!!!”

“I just went to the store yesterday and this dress immediately caught my eye and this worker named Austin can over to help me out and they were a wonder to work with they took the dress off the manikin because they didn’t have my size. “I bought a TORO chainsaw from the center, after a few cuts the saw stopped. I called the center and after a day Alonso called me back and diagnosed the issue. I sent the battery and charger for further diagnosis .Alonso founf battery was faulty and sent out another one.even after 30 days from purchase they solved the problem without sending me to the wilderness of manufacture warranty. Great service highly recommend. RS”
