“My daughter and l discovered this hidden gem in Rockwall. The store manager, Jade, and Yolanda, an employee , went out of their way to help us and make our shopping trip much more comfortable. There are a variety of items for sale that you would find in your favorite stores. Everything from cosmetics to gadgets to housewares to party items. The store is clean, organized , bright and airy. That goes for the restroom as well.”

“I just want to sing my praises about Mike, the manager of this Kirkland's location! My husband & I came to Kirkland's for the first time & I fell in love with a swivel chair they had on display! I have been looking for a particular accent chair (such as this one) for over a year & knew this chair was THE ONE! Problem was, I was very indecisive & could not choose a color - ivory or sand. Mike quickly assisted us & took me & my husband to the back & showed us the difference between the two colors in-person so l could take pictures & compare them to the color scheme we had at home. He told us we could come back after visiting home & that he would have the chair we decided on waiting for us at the store! Needless to say, I was finally able to make a decision after seeing both colors in-person & landed on the color recommended by Mike — ivory! ? We came right back to the store & he helped my husband load our new prized chair into our vehicle!
I could think of no better example of prime customer experience. Mike was so patient, thoughtful & such a helpful human being. “I drive a Hyundai and I’ve always had welcoming friendly attitudes at the door. They don’t pester me when I’m looking around at items and always answer my questions when I have them. Been there about a dozen times and never had or saw any issues. Have found some Beautiful items andgood deals at the Mint Julip.
I love that they are always changing up the store with new products and really appreciate the help when I ask for it.
