“I wish I could give this business 10 stars for the exceptional way I was treated as a customer! Ms. Thui, the owner of A2Z and Lakeside cleaners made a huge impression on me. I wrongly thought that they had discolored a brand new clothing item and was very upset. I brought it back to A2Z and went to Lakeside to speak to the owner. I was very upset and Ms. Thui promised if she couldn't correct the problem, she would buy me another one. Well, she was so determined to make me happy, she personally drove to the store where I bought the item and called to let me know she purchased a new one and it was at the shop waiting to be picked up. When I showed up, Ms. Thui wasn't there, but when her employee presented me with the new item, it was clear that it was exactly the same color as the original one-- there had been no discoloration or fading whatsoever and she had still bought me a new one to make me a happy customer. I wouldn't take the new one because I was totally wrong but they still treated me with kindness and respect. I want everyone to know that not only do they do a great job at these two cleaners, they have top notch customer service and integrity. I HIGHLY recommend both of Ms. Thui's locations for your dry cleaning and laundry needs.”

“This is by far the best laundromat in plano. I gave 4 stars only because I came in to do laundry last week. Upon entering I said,"Goodmorning " to the young lady that worked there and got no response. Everyone that I have ever encountered at this establishment has always been kind and so attentive making sure my experience was great. Please do not tarnish your great establishment with someone who does not know customer relations. People should not work in a establishment that requires customer service if they don't like people. Attitudes should never be tolerated in the work place when a person represents the establishment.”

“My daughter is a Cadet in Wylie High AFJROTC program and was given Payless Cleaners as the place to go. I dropped off her uniform on purpose and some of my clothing as a convenience. PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I have not returned to my previous cleaners because Payless makes you feel valued as a customer and my clothes are taken cared of as well. You will be so pleased that you tried Payless in Wylies”

“Wylie Wash & Dry has become my favorite laundry mat since our washer crapped out mid cycle. Went here this morning for the first time and was really impressed. The facility is clean, they have detergent, softener and even hangers if you forget something. Last time I was here it was Video Hits and I was a kid. :)The washing machines vary in size. The smallest being $2.50/load to the largest being $8.50/load for the huge washer. I was able to get 7 loads of laundry done for under $30. 2 of them being a huge load of towels and heavy things like hoodies and sweats. The dryers are a good size too and start at $0.25/per 7 minutes. They have folding tables and rolling baskets to move your things. Arcade games and snacks to keep kiddos entertained.I was able to get all that laundry done in 2 hours as opposed to taking all day at home.10/10 would recommend this facility for all your laundry needs. They even have laundry drop off with a 15lb minimum.”
“Recently took my wedding dress here to have it altered and cleaned. I bought the dress used so it needed some pretty major alterations and heavy cleaning. I dropped off my dress on a Saturday and they told me it would be ready the following Friday, however, the dress was done by Wednesday!!! It fit perfect and looked beautiful!!!”

“we’ve been using Snazzy Cleaners for a few months now for dry cleaning, alterations, and pressing on all types of garments including suits, delicate dresses, etc. and we’ve been VERY PLEASED. we’re always treated nicely by the people who work there and they always get our items finished quickly - exceeding our expectations. I think their pricing is great too. The seamstress QUICKLY fixed several zippers on things we assumed we’d have to throw away. Snazzy has really helped our family look sharp! Plus, we love saying “SNAZZY” !!”
“Toook a gamble and went to a place with few and only negative reviews. Dry cleaned a $500 suit and had no issues at all. Dunno why so many bad reviews ? apparently they been open for 20 years according to some of the other reviews so you’d think they’re doing something right & clearly they are - I guess only angry people write reviews”
“I got there at 9:00 pm, think they close at 10. The lady working there was very nice since it was last minute show me how to use the machine. I have to admit it was cheap. My small load was $1.95. Dryer was .85cent for 20 min. Still not bad and the machine dried my clothes quickly. Will definitely come back.”
“We had a problem with our washer and needed to do laundry. King Wash has plenty of machines. The washers seem a bit small but I haven't been to a washateria in years and have no way of knowing what is standard. The dryers are larger. It's a quick way to do several loads at once.”

“Decided to try the laundry pick-up/ drop-off service, as our dryer needs repairs, and I was blown away with the service! They picked up in the morning and had the clothes and sheets delivered by evening, everything freshly washed and folded nicely. I provided additional instructions (what needs bleach etc.) and they followed accordingly. They communicated with me throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them again as needed!”
