“I wish I could give this business 10 stars for the exceptional way I was treated as a customer! Ms. Thui, the owner of A2Z and Lakeside cleaners made a huge impression on me. I wrongly thought that they had discolored a brand new clothing item and was very upset. I brought it back to A2Z and went to Lakeside to speak to the owner. I was very upset and Ms. Thui promised if she couldn't correct the problem, she would buy me another one. Well, she was so determined to make me happy, she personally drove to the store where I bought the item and called to let me know she purchased a new one and it was at the shop waiting to be picked up. When I showed up, Ms. Thui wasn't there, but when her employee presented me with the new item, it was clear that it was exactly the same color as the original one-- there had been no discoloration or fading whatsoever and she had still bought me a new one to make me a happy customer. I wouldn't take the new one because I was totally wrong but they still treated me with kindness and respect. I want everyone to know that not only do they do a great job at these two cleaners, they have top notch customer service and integrity. I HIGHLY recommend both of Ms. Thui's locations for your dry cleaning and laundry needs.”
“I want to talk a little about the excellent service; I’ve been to all the locations, and I really like it. I am satisfied with the staff, the assistance, and the service—especially Yasmin. She is a wonderful person who knows how to take care of and help people; she does a great job.👌👌”
“Has a designated dog machine area!!!! ♡♡♡ I'm always afraid to ask if I can wash my dog beds. The attendant was extremely kind. She was busting ass cleaning and helping people. The machines were reasonably priced and you could pay coins or by phone. The place was spotless, and the restrooms were in amazing condition. Massage chairs, vending machines, coin machine, laundry items for sale. Please come support this company. Skip out on all the other locations this one has by far exceeded my expectations.”
“Hands down best laundry mat. Very clean, the washer and dryers are very fancy and up to date may be the newest commercial ones out. Your clothes dry so fast all you need is like 15 mins and all your clothes will be dry. I would recommend this place to go wash your clothes!”
“I love coming here to do my laundry! It’s always clean and well stocked. Mia seems to be here every time I come and she’s always smiling and willing to help!”

“I went into Power Cleaners for the first time back in April. I have had bad experiences with cleaners in the area so my expectations were low. J.D. at power cleaners made my concerns go away. He was very accommodating and professional. Power cleaners provides quality cleaning services with the warm family owned feel. I appreciate JD and the entire Power team.”
“Shame I can only give 5 stars cause this place is a 10 star top notch place. The gentleman that runs it is beyond the coolest guy you'll ever meet. My pieces came out perfect and the prices are beyond fair. I will continue to go back.”
“I love it here. Brenda keeps this place spotless, clean, smelling great, and sanitized. The best laundry facility I've ever seen or been to and Brenda takes great pride in maintaining the business. Thanks BRENDA!!”

“I took my oversized king goose down comforter to be dry cleaned and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Himelda was so kind and I didn’t have to pay until I picked it up. It was ready earlier than we thought and it worked out perfect. I live in the area and it’s super convenient for me! I will be using her for all of my dry cleaning needs.”
“Definitely very thorough and detailed. The cleaning was absolutely stunning and came out better than expected. I would highly recommend 10/10 service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Great laundromat! Everything was clean, the machines worked perfectly, and paying was super easy even though I didn’t have any cash. The lady working there was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. I even got to watch the World Championship while waiting for my laundry, which made the time fly by. And the best surprise—the dryers were free! I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place!”
“Free pickup and delivery to Forney Sunnyvale Terrell and Rockwall . Other services we offer are Boot and shoe repair , wedding dress preservation and alterations.”
“My mom went to 6 other cleaners trying to find someone who would work with this vintage wedding dress. The pleats had fallen out in the middle and we wanted to find someone who could re-press them. The dress is very old and delicate so no one can else was willing to work on it. The owner came out and talked with her before working on it in the back and then talking with her some more. He was the only cleaner that would work with us, and he worked super hard to repress the pleats. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has a tricky or particularly delicate project. I am very happy with how the dress turned out.”

“Had to come here after my washer broke, and I was honestly impressed. The place was very clean, the washing machines worked great, and the free dryers were a huge bonus. There were plenty of tables for folding and lots of carts available, which made everything super convenient. Definitely one of the better laundromats I’ve been to — I’ll absolutely come back if I need to.”
“I've been using Lavon Cleaners for years, and they have always done a great job. The quality of their work is consistently excellent, and my clothes are always ready when promised.
I especially want to recognize an employee named Rose, who helps me almost every time I visit. She's there when I drop off my clothes and often there when I pick them up later in the day. She is always friendly, professional, and provides exceptional customer service.
What amazes me most is her clothes counting ability. I'm not joking. One time she accurately counted all of my items before I even finished putting them on the counter. I was genuinely impressed. She clearly knows her job inside and out and pays attention to every detail.
Great employees like this are hard to find. She works incredibly hard, always has a positive attitude, and consistently makes customers feel appreciated. Management should know they have an outstanding employee on their team.
Thank you for your years of great service, and thank you to everyone at Lavon Cleaners for always taking such good care of my clothes. That's why I keep coming back year after year.”

“I am a massage therapist who just moved to Plano and needed a laundry service for my sheets. Alejandra was kind and did an amazing job for me. I greatly appreciate how she folded and packed my sheets. Reasonably priced as well. I will definitely be a weekly regular. Thank you so much!”
“I’m not from around here and a buddy of mine told me about this laundromat. I came in here not knowing how to operate any machines or what the process was. But I will say this place is very clean. Well kept machines are great and if it was not for the help of Michell I wouldn’t have been able to get my laundry done today, which was way overdue. Thank you for Michell for being so helpful, patient and kind while helping me through the process. You’d definitely deserve a raise.”
