“The Rowlett, TX store on Lakeview Pkwy staff are always friendly and patient. They are very efficient at getting people taken care of, I've rarely had a long wait. My daughter says she won't go to the one in Plano, TX because they are so slow. I won't go anywhere other than our UPS store. Keep up the good service.”

“It was pouring down rain today and I was distracted, but it was the first time I walked into a UPS store and there was no line! I needed to adjust the drop off location for some Amazon returns and I couldn’t think straight. I asked the associate at the front if I could change it and he kinda gave me a non answer. No hate, he wasn’t rude or anything. Then Davis spoke up from the back and said he could help me. I literally handed him my phone and he walked me through how to change it and made the returns. It was definitely above and beyond customer service expectations. Super nice guy and very helpful. Thanks Davis.”

“This is the BEST place for shipping! Customer service is superior, owner is very helpful and knows all of the ins and outs of shipping. International shipments, no problem. Shipping liquids, no problem. Need overnight document delivery but forgot to get something notarized, no problem. My go to one stop shop for UPS, FEDEX, USPS. Highly recommended!!!”

“For reasons known only to them, Spectrum sent us a new cable box we neither needed nor requested. Assuming it was a required upgrade we swapped the boxes and then I took the box to the Spectrum store on my first day off.After a bit of delay the person at the Spectrum store unhelpfully told me they wouldn't take the box back because it was "active" but that I could take it to a UPS store. That didn't make sense so I went home and called their tech support, they confirmed some stores have opted out of receiving return equipment and told me to go to a UPS store or mail the cable box back.I was pretty frustrated when I went to this UPS store, but the folks here were so friendly and professional it almost made the redirection worth it. Seriously, I've had a truly execrable day and the ease and speed with which my issue was resolved improved it tremendously. The lady helping me was very patient and answered all my d*** questions so well that I felt well and truly taken care of.During my brief visit I observed her coworker working very hard to accommodate other customers, it was so refreshing to go to a retail location where everyone seemed to be working together to take care of customers. I am going to find excuses to use their services in the future because they were so pleasant and helpful at this location.”

“I'm using UPS service frequently throughout the year .. I am using this store services for a bout a year now since I moved close by and I have noticed that the store is not getting fair reviews.In comparison with other UPS stores I would rate it (above average - good) with a potential to be 5-stars.This store is always busy ... waiting times varies depends on the time of the day and which day of the week, however it is very close to other UPS stores.Bottle necks - I have witnessed - are usually due to irregular customer requests, first timer customers, impatient customers in a rush, non-Hi-Tech customers or slow computer systems.and yet waiting times are still acceptable.About rudeness or the yelling person; the person is not rude and he is not trying to be - not aware about other times that I'm not in the store-. I believe because of the fast pace combined with the pitch of his voice; the way he talks is taking a form of a "Pressured Speech" specially when he is giving directions/instructions to customers which make people think that he is yelling at them. I think with some staff training that could be improved.UPS will remain to be my favorite courier - as long as prices is competitive - LOL :)”
