“Very friendly, professional and always knows your name. You can trust them completely with faxed business correspondence and shipping. They have great seasonal gift items to purchase and can convert your old VHS movies to be comparable with today’s systems. Absolutely the best service in the area.”

“This is a wonderful place, the customer service is top tier. The prices are very fair and I try to go here before any major post office because they are personally owned, community service is great. 10/10 highly recommend.”

“I called to ask about notary services, and I spoke with a UPS agent named Sam Henderson. He was extremely polite and helpful and explained that the cutoff time for notary services was 6:45 p.m. My son and I quickly rushed down to the store, and we were fortunate enough to meet Sam in person. Sam was incredibly helpful and patient. He guided us through the entire process, made sure everything was completed correctly and in the proper order, and took the time to make sure we understood what we needed to do. I’m very thankful for Sam’s kindness and professionalism. He went above and beyond to help us, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service he provided. UPS is lucky to have someone like Sam on their team!”
