“Absolutely the best place to get your fingerprints done. AJ was awesome! I went to a UPS fingerprinting place and they could not get the job done after multiple times and they finally told me that my fingerprints were too worn down! Had to drive 50 miles to Test First and AJ got it done in no time at all. My finger prints are not worn down! The drive was worth it!! Great place and friendly people. Would absolutely go back to them again!”
“I’ve been here twice for a drug test requirement (ADHD meds). The people are incredibly kind and friendly, and I was in and out. On my second visit I happened to need a notary, they also provide this service. Highly recommend this business! Even with an appointment at Labcorp/Questlab, my walk in time here was SIGNIFICANTLY faster.”
“They are literally amazing every single time, one lady stayed late a little bit for me to let me get my blood drawn and check my ferritin levels. As a woman, ferritin should be greater than 100, and it's really frustrating. A lot of medical establishments and doctors do not know this and do not respect this. As such, places like this are absolute godsend to be able to test my own ferritin levels every six weeks to see how close to my goal I am. Compared to quest diagnostics where I once had to wait four hours, this is insanely fast. I literally walked in at 4:40 here and was out by 4:50, results within 24 hours. Amazing. Awesome employees by far too.”

“The nurse who waited on me was excellent, professional, and pleasant. Her name is Estelle. The first nurse that has actually made me feel comfortable. Every time blood is drawn, I am squeezing my stomach with my hands and looking away. I went in there, on this week, and was able to breathe will she inserted the needle. I can't believe it. I don't know if she will see this or not. But thank Estelle @ the Firewheel, location in Garland, Texas. Keep up the excellent work.”

“From my understanding, I believed I was told on multiple occasions by phone that the process would be completed by November 1st, and not afterward. There was definitely a miscommunication, and I now understand where the misunderstanding occurred. My intentions were never to damage this company's reputation, but rather to express the urgency of the timeline and seek clarification. I acknowledge that my actions and words were not communicated in the right manner. I allowed my urgency of the matter to take over, and as a result I did not express myself as thoughtfully as I should have.
I’ve learned from this experience and will use it as an opportunity for personal growth and learning opportunity, ensuring I don’t make the same mistake in the future. Moving forward, I am committed to taking the necessary steps and actions to correct my error. I will begin by publicly apologizing for my words and actions as well as giving this company the review that they deserve.
For anyone reading this online, I would like to share some personal feedback about this company. SurScan offers excellent customer service; they respond to emails and phone calls promptly. Their employees are kind, respectful, patient, and they make every effort to explain your case as clearly as possible. I have had a positive experience overall with SurScan, and I appreciate their professionalism.

She knew that Muslim woman wearing hijab cover their arms, so she closed the door for privacy, because some men were outside without me even requesting, which I appreciated.”
“Briana was amazing! From the moment she opened the door, called my name, entered my lab information and drew my blood, she was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and confident in the entire exchange with me. I absolutely hate going into a lab and my usual choice is LabCorp.
Lab appointments can be a stressful process for various reasons, including the anticipation of what the staff's attitude will be like. Briana, did not disappoint and I am glad that I chose to come to Quest. I have not used Quest since 2019 because of a prior bad experience with a bad attitude staff member. However, I will rebook at this Quest the next time my doctor orders labwork.”
