Towing in Rowlett, TX

“Just got my car towed literally and Steve was the gentleman who towed my car. He was very a professional and personable person. I highly recommend him. He takes great care in what he does and he is very friendly and his prices are extremely fair. I would recommend him to others for sure.”

“We cannot say enough good things about Lambert’s Automotive. As elderly people from South Africa, we found ourselves in a very difficult situation where other automotive companies were trying to take advantage of us by charging extremely high prices for repairs. Thankfully, we were referred to Lambert’s Automotive, and it truly felt like a blessing.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with kindness, honesty, and genuine compassion. They took the time to explain everything clearly, never pressured us, and repaired our vehicle for nearly a quarter of the price we had been quoted elsewhere.

It is rare these days to find people with such integrity and genuine care for their customers. It is easy to understand why so many people speak so highly of them for their honesty, fair pricing, and outstanding service. We are deeply grateful for the help and respect they showed us during such a stressful time.

We highly recommend Lambert’s Automotive to anyone looking for trustworthy, professional, and compassionate service. Thank you for restoring not only our car, but also our faith that good people still exist.

We only wish we could give them 10 stars — they truly deserve every single one of them!”

“I am beyond happy with the way NTX Handled my situation. I accidentally slipped into a ditch and two other companies didn’t want to get me out. NTX came out and they were extremely positive from the beginning saying they would do anything they could, this man going through weeds, grass, going up and down… It wasn’t an easy pick up for sure. The person helping us was in a great mood the entire time and really helped ease a situation that seemed really difficult and turned it into something easy”

“They showed up when they said they would the driver was very professional by telling about each step he was taking reassured me my car was in good hands. Driver's name was Richard. Any .time you have to have you car towed it's nice to have the confidence in who taking you car these guys they don't just tell you they show you that they have your back. “The transmission failed in my van and I was just able to get it off the road and into a parking area on coast.I called a couple of towing companies and they were all quoting a couple of hours or the call went to vm.These guys quoted me an hour and then called back 5 minutes later to knock 30 minutes off that time. They probably were not the cheapest option I could have chosen but how do you judge what a 75 mile tow costs. My driver was professional, friendly and courteous and helped make a bad journey seem faster than it would have done if I had been left to stew over the problem.I would use this company againServices: Special vehicle towing”

“Kathy was very honest with me. She transparently told me that I would be better off with calling my insurance for a 2 mile tow instead of taking my money. I ended up saving a lot of money. I recommend this towing service for their honesty and integrity”
