“My precious boy Hershey passed away Monday evening, 3/18/24 at the age of 17 years old. I had for years already prepared to have him cremated at Pet Memories. I brought him in the next morning and I was able to get him cremated right away. Hershey passed away in my arms that night, and by early afternoon, he was home with me. The staff is great and caring. They will always be my first choice for pet cremation.”

“My family has been taking our pets here since the late 70s. It’s still as great service now as it was then. I took my brothers dog in and things went smoothly. We were treated really well. In and out quickly. his dog was a little leery when we got there. When they brought her out, she almost didn’t want to leave due to attention and great care she got from the staff.”
“Words cannot fully express the appreciation I have for Dr. Bright and her team. We have trusted her with two of our dogs, and today we had to say goodbye to one of them.
Dr. Bright sat with us and explained everything step by step, giving us the time, clarity, and compassion we needed in such a difficult moment. One of the techs also came in just to love on our sweet boy before it was time, taking time out of his own schedule simply to comfort us.
They made an incredibly hard day as peaceful as it could possibly be, and for that, I will always be thankful. The kindness and care they showed our family will never be forgotten.”

“I don't normally leave reviews but I am so offended by Brutus’ story.. I brought my dog Harley in for a routine checkup and abdominal xray as she was having the Hershey squirts for the past week before. We are sitting in the waiting room when all of a sudden this big brolic dog mounts my poor Harley in a fit of rage and lets nature take its course. No help from any of the employees! I have to remove this big horndog from my dear sweet Harley to save her from the horrors that awaited her! But I was too late!! Brutus had already finished the job and now my poor sweet Harley was going to be a mother to his offspring. We ended up bringing her back for the birth of the dogs and I have to say the service was much better this time! Very helpful staff.”
