“We absolutely love the entire staff at RCVH! They are so sweet with our dogs and explain everything to us very thoroughly when dogs are treated or when they were spayed or neutered. I highly recommend them!!!”
“Genuinely made what was a difficult situation for our family so much easier and less painful. They were kind and David who picked up our dog was thoughtful and treated our loved one with such care.”
“This is our go to vet. When we had an emergency they took us in. Always a great time when we visit. Would recommend this over any place on I30. It’s worth the few extra minutes.”
“We are so grateful for the kind and compassionate care our aging pup receives at Rockwall County Veterinary Clinic. From the veterinarians to the entire staff, everyone truly takes the time to care for our pup.
There is always a great conversation, thoughtful guidance, and genuine concern for our girl’s wellbeing. As our dog gets older, having a veterinary team that treats her with patience, kindness, and compassion means so much to us.
Thank you to the entire team for always making us feel heard, cared for, and confident that our pets are in good hands. We truly appreciate you all!”
“Our 7 year old pit bull who isn’t friendly needed some lumps removed.
Dr Wong and her crew were absolutely amazing! They let us handle him all the way up to surgery so that way he was comfortable. It really felt like they loved and cared about him enough to go at his pace and I really appreciate that!!
Anything to do with your pets health can be stressful so I’m so glad we picked this place for our babies surgery!!
Thank you so much!!”

“Saw Dr. Cochran today, but I have seen almost every doctor with this practice and never leave disappointed. They are kind, compassionate, they watch your bottom dollar, and more importantly, they treat your pet like it’s one of their own. Would recommend anyone looking for a new local vet!”
“Dr. Loftis is hands-down the best veterinarian probably statewide we are just lucky to have him here in Rockwall! I was in my early 20s when I met him for the first time with my first German Shepherd. Fast-forward two decades I call as my third German Shepherd was going downhill fast He told me to come in right away and when we pulled up, he didn’t send his staff out to pick her up. He came out to the car, himself, greeting my children, and I took her into the building himself! The amount of compassion this man has towards the animals, and their owners is unremarkable to say the least!
My kids are older now they were going elsewhere after that experience they and my staff now take their pets to see him as well because we all want a Doctor Who truly cares especially in an emergency situation.
Dr Loftis thank you Sir you are truly a blessing
and it’s easy to see you are walking in your God given purpose, Many blessings 💗”
“I have to take a moment to brag about the outstanding customer service of Animal Hospital of Fate! By chance, I got a flat tire, and rolled into their parking lot on a smoldering, hot summer day. The amazing vet techs came out and gave us (me, my 4 kids, and our beautiful German shepherd cold water…and a bowl for Pepper) Connor and their whole team even helped change the tire!! We were actually looking for a vet, and I cannot wait to trust them with our newly adopted pup! ❤ THANK YALL SO MUCH”
“My family has been taking our pets here since the late 70s. It’s still as great service now as it was then. I took my brothers dog in and things went smoothly. We were treated really well. In and out quickly. his dog was a little leery when we got there. When they brought her out, she almost didn’t want to leave due to attention and great care she got from the staff.”

“Stonebridge Veterinary Hospital has taken care of Axel, my Great Dane mix, for years, and they came through again when I needed them most. I'm moving to Costa Rica and had no idea how much goes into getting a large dog cleared for international travel. The team walked me through exactly which vaccines Costa Rica requires, got him caught up in one visit, made sure the records had everything the health certificate needs, and pointed me to the right people for the rest of the paperwork. They answered every question without making me feel like I was asking too many. Myra in particular was patient and quick to respond. If you have a pet in Rockwall, this is the place. Five stars from me and a big thank you from Axel.”

“Dr. Albers and Dr Clemons both worked on my little dog sparky saved his life. The whole Staff at Rockwall County Vet are amazing people very compassionate about our pets. They treat them as if they were there own.”
“I’ve been to this clinic twice in one week with my new kitten, and both the staff and veterinarians have been wonderful. I really appreciate that the ladies at the front desk always greet you with a smile. I’ve been to several vet offices in Rockwall, and at many of them the staff seem unhappy or miserable. A friendly smile truly goes a long way.
Our first visit was for a wellness exam after adopting our kitten. A few days later, he became sick, and they were able to work us into their schedule, which we greatly appreciated.
They do seem to be a little more expensive than some of the other vets in the Rockwall area, but so far, the excellent care and customer service have made it well worth it.”
“We took in an elderly shih tzu from an elderly family member who was so extremely matted from grooming neglect he couldn't go to the potty and you could tell was in pain. They were so understanding and accommodating and got us in immediate. They gave us several options and the groomer even offered to come in on her day off without pay if needed if we decided to put him fully under. I was nervous because hes about 15 or 16 years old and we had to go with a risky procedure due to funds but they explained the risks and did such a great job and got him on antibiotics and pain meds after. Hes now resting comfortably at home.”
“Just went there looking for some dog food and probiotics. Everyone helpful and knowledgeable. I even walked out with an appointment to get my Dog groomed . Thank you! Will definitely be back for most of my pets needs.”
