“I like Michael's approach with detecting other problems and offering so solve them for a reasonable price. I'm sure that after the service made car systems which were treated won't be a problem for a long period of time. For example when I changed exhaust Michael detected the actual problem with a motor mount which was caused my flex pipe to break. That was a step behind regular service. Nice work!”

“Twice Enterprise Rockwall (I-30) location has exceeded my expectations. First I got a free and unexpected ride from the collision place to the rental location from one of the Enterprise reps, which saved me who knows how long waiting for hubby to give me a ride. Then ........ I ran out of gas yesterday - totally my fault - but right in front of their store and yes it was every bit of 100 degrees out. One of the store managers kindly drove to the gas station, bought gas and got me back on the road again, all with a big smile and great attitude! During what I'm sure is one of their busiest weeks. Thank you Enterprise Rockwall!”
“This is my first time to try this company, and it is great, but a small detail. When we called the first time to collect the information, they should have told us that the person who pays, should be the same person hold the insurance. My friend and I had a different arrangement. It worked out at the end. We rented a van for 7 days, and the license plate tags where about to expire after two or three days which we noticed after signing the papers, and after inspection we notified them, so the had change it with another one, which was ok but not that clean. Overall experience is good.”
“I reached out to this company a few weeks ago for Transport for my older brother who was at PATE in Anna, they wouldn't take him to his appointment, it ended up being cancelled but we just moved him to a new facility in Allen and reached out again for a ride to his Dr's appointment this past Friday, excellent service! My mom and both of my brothers said that Burnet was absolutely wonderful! He even helped my younger brother lift and transport my older brother inside the Dr's office! My mother couldn't have been more pleased with his customer service as well as his I guess bed-side manner he is now our go to person moving forward for any transportation needs for my brother.”

“Always very professional. I have used Capps several times over many years. I have never had a problem with the vans i rented or the people. Occasionally, there has been an issue with van availability but I guess that's what you get when you run your business well. my latest rental was with 15 passenger Ford Transit vans. They drove really well and performed flawlessly. We got a little over 14 MPG. Not bad. We will use Capps again in the future.”

“I am so impressed by this location. Our insurance carrier had us use them for an accident, but we chose them when we needed a rental. The staff are friendly and professional. The office, like the vehicles, is clean and neat. I recommend them to anyone needing a rental! You won't be disappointed. Did I mention how easy the entire process was?”
“Honestly, after reading the reviews I was skeptical about going to this location but I took my chances since there wasn’t any recent reviews. I had reservations at a different location, however, I needed a car sooner, so I called and found some available at this location. I didn’t get his name but the gentleman was very helpful, he was able to transfer my reservation to his location. I arrived and had zero issues, everyone was friendly and helpful. Specifically Sophie, she is the one that helped me through the process of renting and returning the vehicle. My experience here was nothing short of great!”
“The car was great on gas.
But the rear end has bad vibrations proceeding over 65 mph it felt like a tire wanted to blow are the rear-end go out. The car was a new Nissan Sentra
Other than that the staff we're nice. I'm giving 4stars because of the car but staff a 5star.”

“Literally in and out. Customer service here is always great! The other Toyota I attend for service sometimes wash my car for free BUT customer service is in the trash. I rather get great customer rather a free car wash. AND now this location does free car washes. They send you a link for a car wash company to go to. So at this point this maybe the only Toyota I get my car serviced at!!! 10/10! Genuine review!”

It sounded like there was an issue with a bunch of rental cars (through no fault of her own) that she was having to deal with. “My husband travels for work more frequently lately. I drop him off early 730 when they open. Good service and nice cars. Picking him up is another story. Very tiny lot inches off busy Central expy. Evenings it is very crowded and chaotic. Pro tip. Now I pick him up OUT BACK on Bishop Ave.”

“This went perfectly for us. We reserved a 7 passenger vehicle for a week - a week in advance. We picked up the Chrysler Pacifica and returned returned it with no problems. It was a good, clean van with no problems. The same lady was at the front desk for pickup and drop-off, and I'm sorry I forgot her name. But she was fast, friendly, professional, and thorough. I will certainly be back.”

Went to return my previous car and take a new one. Reserved full size car but there were no car available. They given same car which I returned back to me and asked to call next day to check if they have any car available. I tried to call them couple times but line always busy. Will contact them again and will update here how's the process goes by.”
