“I like Michael's approach with detecting other problems and offering so solve them for a reasonable price. I'm sure that after the service made car systems which were treated won't be a problem for a long period of time. For example when I changed exhaust Michael detected the actual problem with a motor mount which was caused my flex pipe to break. That was a step behind regular service. Nice work!”

“This is my first time to try this company, and it is great, but a small detail. When we called the first time to collect the information, they should have told us that the person who pays, should be the same person hold the insurance. My friend and I had a different arrangement. It worked out at the end. We rented a van for 7 days, and the license plate tags where about to expire after two or three days which we noticed after signing the papers, and after inspection we notified them, so the had change it with another one, which was ok but not that clean. Overall experience is good.”

“I reached out to this company a few weeks ago for Transport for my older brother who was at PATE in Anna, they wouldn't take him to his appointment, it ended up being cancelled but we just moved him to a new facility in Allen and reached out again for a ride to his Dr's appointment this past Friday, excellent service! My mom and both of my brothers said that Burnet was absolutely wonderful! He even helped my younger brother lift and transport my older brother inside the Dr's office! My mother couldn't have been more pleased with his customer service as well as his I guess bed-side manner he is now our go to person moving forward for any transportation needs for my brother.”

“Always very professional. I have used Capps several times over many years. I have never had a problem with the vans i rented or the people. Occasionally, there has been an issue with van availability but I guess that's what you get when you run your business well. my latest rental was with 15 passenger Ford Transit vans. They drove really well and performed flawlessly. We got a little over 14 MPG. Not bad. We will use Capps again in the future.”

“I called ahead to let them know I would be coming to get a rental for my insurance claim Rashead Lyles was very polite and he told me he could get me in a SUV like I was driving for 9 something extra a day I told him I just wanted a compact car with about the same kind of gas mileage my Rav 4 was getting I thought after telling him that he was going to give me alot smaller car but when he walked around back with me I was very shocked when I was driving away in a 2025 Malibu that had leather seats heated and cooled seats and heated steering wheel and even remote start. When I took the car back today he saw me and waited on me and then we went out back to look it over he asked me if I had any mechanical issues and how I liked it and I said I loved it then he asked me do you want to buy it.lol. Thank You So Much for your professional customer service skills. I highly recommend Rashead Lyles.Thanks again Mike Chappell”

“Check in easy, car clean, Camrin patiently explained how basic functions on the car worked and answered all my questions. As I prepared to return the car, I saw a chip on paint which caused me stress. When I reported it at time of return, Camrin calmly explained and showed proof in Enterprise records that this was minor pre-existing damage that would not trigger extra charges.”

“This Enterprise has employees. They are available to answer the phone and help you get a reservation scheduled. I had a rental through insurance due to a wreck. Whole process took me less than 10 minutes and they even picked me up later that afternoon. This was the THIRD location I called. spent about an hour and twenty minutes with the other two and couldn't ( or wouldn't) help me.

“Picked up on a Saturday and they were very busy but got us in and out pretty quickly and efficient. We did reserve a week in advance and confirmed the reservation when asked. Return was on a Tuesday and not too busy and got us out of there easy. The car was new and drove perfectly. Good experience overall.”
