This location is never prepared for their customers. I rent tons of cars a year for business and this is the only location I ever have a problem with. Cars are never available on time and if you show up a little early for a reservation, they say they have no cars. Yet, the lot has plenty of cars parked there. Their customer service is lacking and basically they are doing you a favor to wait on you. As always the employees are a reflection of their management, in this case not qualified. Do better!

Probably the worst location. The manager trainee Marc cannot follow basic questions or answer basic questions so that tells you how well this location is going. I have a much smoother process at the airport so I would rather drive there than to get shit service at a local branch.

I am changing my previous rating. It is better now but I had to wait 1 hour at pick up time and more than 30 minutes at drop of time.

Despite booking a month in advance and double confirming our reservation three days before the travel, we were told no car is available when we went to pick it up. We had to cancel our entire vacation thanks to them. Enterprise staff (the local manager and Corporate customer service) gave no justification and showed no remorse for this mess up. Completely unreliable.

These are not location issues, they are Enterprise company systems that failed me. No way to rank Enterprise other than by location. This location's staff was not at fault.
Experience 1:
Made a reservation to pick up a van. No van was available. Waited multiple hours to get my van. Only got the van because someone returned one. Other customers were also there being told their vehicle wasn't there. Wasted my day and delayed my trip.
Experience 2:
Made a reservation online. Show up to get my car to find out I'm on a "Do Not Rent" list due to my insurance company allegedly not paying a rock chip claim on a windshield. That would have been nice to know when I made the reservation. The department that handles that issue is closed until Monday, so I can't get a car today. There are no other car rental companies open other than the airport. Thanks for creating a horrible situation for my family of 5. Again today there were people there for vehicles that were not ready/available.
Be better and provide quality service to your clients. Build systems that don't fail so often. Have vehicle reservations ready for pick up.

I rent vehicles there often. Since the management changed a few months back, cars are not ready and they always have excuses for why there is a long wait. It doesn’t matter what time of day, I’ve waited a minimum of one hour for a car WITH a reservation. The excuse is always the same, no clean cars, yet there are cars in the lot just sitting. If a car in a different class is available, you should honor the time of reservation and allow for a higher class car.

Took much too long to get a vehicle once we arrived especially when I reserved it approximately 7-10 days prior.
The vehicle was in good shape and clean.
It was apparently close to time for an oil change because I kept receiving a message on the dash which is irritating.
I also started receiving a message that the right rear tire is low and the windshield washer is low. I took it back to them a couple of days later to have them top off the windshield washer and air up the tire. These items should have been checked and serviced prior to renting the vehicle out.
Return was easy enough with little delay.
