“When I tell you Mr Norman is the man, he is the man. Never painted a car before but my 2011 vw jetta's clear was fading and paint also. I went in and to make sure the paint was the correct color he used his little machine that took pictures of my paint. I decided to use rattle cans and the job came out better than expected. I traveled from McKinney to see Mr Norman and he gets it right every time. Love this man. He really treats you like family.”

Well I got there 30 minutes before they close so I would understand if they cannot do a job that fast but I was there to ask a question and I had my drawer to color match so one of their employees kind of rudely told me we’ll do it tomorrow so leave your stuff here and we will contact you when it’s done. So I was so happy that I can color match it and come back tomorrow. Next day I get a call to come to store to find out that they cannot color match. I only give 4 stars because the manager was super polite and friendly calling 2-3 places to find me a color coat.”

Handyman in there named Steve helped me find and buy the right tools, went to the parking lot, and didn’t just tell me what to do but physically helped me with my problem. You do not get that kind of service from the big box stores, and it’s the reason why I continue to use Ace and a reason why I’ve given two difference Ace Hardware stores 5-stars.

“I was looking for interior paint to do retouches inside our home. I went to PPG and they had just what I needed. The customer service was superior and rep who helped me was very helpful. I ended up getting 5 gallons for a pretty good price and some tips when I’m painting. This is what I called great customer service and it’s best. I will be back for the other paint I need soon!”
“I called on a whim looking for window glazing bead when the only place that knowingly sells it wasn’t open and not answering the phone. They not only had glazing bead in different colors but they also have anything you could need for a diy project, or even a small job. 10/10 I will make the drive 30 miles again. Thank y’all!”

“Gate opens about 6:45am. Receiving office is immediately to your left inside the gate by the 3 docks. If you're delivering in a van one of those docks is probably where you'll unload. It's a bit tight but doable.”
