“When I tell you Mr Norman is the man, he is the man. Never painted a car before but my 2011 vw jetta's clear was fading and paint also. I went in and to make sure the paint was the correct color he used his little machine that took pictures of my paint. I decided to use rattle cans and the job came out better than expected. I traveled from McKinney to see Mr Norman and he gets it right every time. Love this man. He really treats you like family.”
“Came the first time and Maegan helped me purchased a beautiful color paint, she was super knowledgeable and very friendly.
Had to go back a second time to mix the paint I got and Tipper and Geraldo helped me create the perfect color for my new Nail Salon space. Gerardo was very fast and seemed to know everything needed to help me. All to say everyone here is amazing. Highly recommend!”

Well I got there 30 minutes before they close so I would understand if they cannot do a job that fast but I was there to ask a question and I had my drawer to color match so one of their employees kind of rudely told me we’ll do it tomorrow so leave your stuff here and we will contact you when it’s done. So I was so happy that I can color match it and come back tomorrow. Next day I get a call to come to store to find out that they cannot color match. I only give 4 stars because the manager was super polite and friendly calling 2-3 places to find me a color coat.”

“I highly recommend checking these guys out. I took on a project having zero experience with HVLP guns or multi step paint processes. I checked this place out cause it was close and was very satisfied with the service and patience. They talked with me for a couple hours over multiple days, explaining products and processes. I went in with a Benjamin Moore paint color and he was able to match it perfectly. Will definitely be returning for future projects”
“This is a great paint store for contractors with large orders and for individuals who are DIY'ers. They are very helpful with questions, and answer them in a way that's easily understood. Jorge is the manager and he's willing to help any way he can, including carrying paint out to your car. All the staff are great, plus they sell a great product. He was assertive and confident about which one , even though we were debating. He was 100% right about which one and the tone is perfect, couldn’t be happier. Handyman in there named Steve helped me find and buy the right tools, went to the parking lot, and didn’t just tell me what to do but physically helped me with my problem. You do not get that kind of service from the big box stores, and it’s the reason why I continue to use Ace and a reason why I’ve given two difference Ace Hardware stores 5-stars.

“I was looking for interior paint to do retouches inside our home. I went to PPG and they had just what I needed. The customer service was superior and rep who helped me was very helpful. I ended up getting 5 gallons for a pretty good price and some tips when I’m painting. This is what I called great customer service and it’s best. I will be back for the other paint I need soon!”
