“I've always had good luck a Craig's Car Care. They are very competent and honest with thier quotes and repairs. The turn around times are great.
I came to Craig's after needing diagnostics and the dealership wanted to sit on the car for 7-10 days before diagnostics would even be performed. I had diagnostics and a quote within 48 hours on that trip. That was two years ago and they are my go to now for advanced car problems.”

“These guys are awesome, car was in the air and tires off by the time I made it to the waiting room. I sat down fired off a few work emails and Pete rolled in to tell me it was done. I’ve never experienced a tire shop that’s run as good as this one. The truck rides like a cloud and for once getting tires wasn’t a multiple hour ordeal. I’ll be back, I’m sending everyone I know back, my work fleet will be back, I can’t really make it anymore clear just how impressed I was. I haven’t even mentioned the price, which was a few hundred dollars cheaper than ANYWHERE else I looked. Props to this shop, they have a customer for life.”

“This is a great shop to work with. I took my nieces used car in for inspection and repair. The repairs were done in a timely manner. When the car experienced additional issues driving home, Rodney replaced the Autozone battery which I just bought with no charge for labor. When the problem still cropped up, Rodney spent a day running down diagnostics to find the transmission issue was not something he could address. The diagnostic effort was done at no charge. Will definitely use this shop again.
My only complaint is the lack of Saturday hours, even for just drop off, makes it a challenge to use them around the family schedule during the week.”
“I’ve been coming here for years and the other locations as well in a pinch. Russ here set me up with a 3 tire replacement and his knowledgeable update.
I requested to keep my old two tires and they had no issue. The timing on a Saturday to be seen was quick. The turnaround on the tire replacement, rotation, balance, alignment, and tpm was about 4-5 hours with updates via phone call throughout the day.
I will keep coming back here. Professional team. Happy customer.”

“We have been to Allen Car Care a handful of times and every time they take amazing care of us! Today we were headed out of town and realized we had a coolant leak. We ran to them at 3pm, they said if we could find the part they could get us fixed up. We finally found the part at the dealership and headed back. They had it ready for the road in 20 mins. “Class A+ service and repair. Took my truck in for 100K mile overall inspection and replacement of spark plugs and wires for 5.7 hemi engine. Meaning 16 spark plugs. Estimate given the same morning dropped off and repair and inspection completed by early next morning. Truck is running like a top!”

“I have been looking for a good auto shop since I got my first car it was hard to find one the closets shops too me are on Buckner blvd had many bad experiences I even had one of those shop charge me extra for tools they did not have … mesquite car care was recommended to me by a good friend .. my car was down for 3 months took it to mesquite car care for a diagnosis to find out both my cylinder heads where leaking coolant and they found other issues my car was having that needed to be fixed .. they got the repairs done in good timing Cesar kept in contact with me on the repairs he had to do to get my car running back smooth I have 2007 Chrysler 300 3.5 old car but now runs like new thanks to mesquite car care .. I would like to thank Cesar and his team for the work they did on my car and I highly recommend mesquite car care for good car service ??”

“Came in today for what turned out to be wheel sensors. My tire light has been on for a couple of weeks and I have after market rims that no tire shop wants to deal with but the guys at Wylie Tire quickly tracked down which sensors were out and causing my light to stay on and they had the sensors in stock and replaced them within a few minutes. Great, reliable, affordable, and most of all honest and friendly service (even with my after market rims) Would definitely recommend and will be back, but hopefully not for sensors ?”
