“WOW!!! This place runs like a well-oiled machine. I haven't experienced this level of service, knowledge, care since I can remember! I overheard others saying the same as well. I came in just after 5pm on a Friday hoping they could squeeze me in the schedule after I picked up a nail on a jobsite today, then I decided to replace 2 tires as well. Was no problem for them. All bays were full but also FULLY staffed so they had my car ready to go in no time! Called my parents just to tell them they need to start coming to this location. 5 STARS!!!”

Sam took very good care of me, ordered my tires and called me when they were in. They did excellent job on thwere able to take me a day early. I especially appreciated that they wrote up my order without high pressure sales, like you get at Discount Tire, and found me a 10% discount, something that Discount Tire would never do. They were also about $40 cheaper on 4 Wrangler Duratrac RT (17r70) @ $243.00 ea. on their website before the 10% discount. I was basically allowed to do an alignment for free with the savings. “I LOVE my car... and I don't trust anyone to work on it other than me usually... but my tools won't work for this job. I trust these folks!! The guys who work here are incredibly polite not to just me, but every person who came in the door the few times I've been here. The first time I came, I got a quote and advice on how I could do it not only cheaper but they also advised me on other ideas and how to take care of a few other car parts at home like my passenger outside mirror. What made me trust this place is when I was waiting on my first quote, the mechanic made sure to let the lady checking out that the oil change she has is good for 5k miles not the regular 3k. She thanked him and didn't know that about synthetic oil and has been scammed before. Little things like this show integrity. I know I can trust not only my car with this location, but my wallet too. “These guys do a great job and are honest. Look nowhere else for your tires. My tire had a nail in the outer tread which I knew meant it needed to be replaced so I had them order it before I showed up. After they looked at the tire Jose said good news that was not a nail but there was a nail in the middle causing the flat so the tire could be fixed without replacing it. They could have easily just charged me for a new tire but they are honest which shows their values and how they value their customers. I have all five of my cars taken here to get new tires when they where out. They also helped me pick out the best tires for the money and those tires I have always been very satisfied with the quality and their installation. Mr. Nacho was also great in finding tires for my sons oversized wheels for my sons car and they did a great job of installing them as it was a difficult job. They deserve more than 5 stars!!”

He will never oversell or cheat or find new pop-up problems when we bring our vehicles in like I have had with other bigger name companies in the area. “Discount Tire has been the only place I buy my tires. The employees at this location are friendly and helpful as other locations. It can be a bit tedious when leaving as it's located on 121 service road. My last visit didn't go as smoothly as it usually does. I had an appointment for two tires to be installed, which I ordered a few days before. 1 of the 2 tires was not the correct size. They apologized for the mishap after I waited an hour. I understand things happen, but I'm not happy I have to go back. I will still choose Discount Tire for all my tire needs.”

“Arrived at Just Tires without an appointment to repair a damaged tire. After their inspection, the tire had to be replaced. We also got an additional tire and an alignment done. Service was completed in less than an hour. I found out this establishment accepts Goodyear credit cards and wanted to take advantage of Goodyear's 6 months free financing. However, I didn't have my Goodyear credit card with me. Carval said they can process the charge without the card. The store manager, Deshawn, called Goodyear to complete the transaction. Dre was on the phone with a Goodyear specialist for well over 30 minutes. So I called Goodyear from my phone and Dre spoke with a 2nd specialist for about 15 minutes. Both representatives from Goodyear gave inconsistent information to complete the transaction. I ended up paying with my bank card. I wrote all of this to say this location of Just Tires goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. Kudos to Carval and Deshawn (and the rest of the team) for their outstanding customer service.”
