“Pulled in b/c my tire light was on, turns out one of them was flat! Young man had me pull over to speak to someone. Cesar came out and assisted me. He was polite, I liked that he communicated what was wrong, what the options were for a repair if possible, and he even offered an alternate solution to get me home b/c my spare couldn't be used.
They were able to repair the tire and send me on my way allowing me to make it home before the storm. Thank you to the entire team that worked on my car!”

“I’ve been coming here for years and the other locations as well in a pinch. Russ here set me up with a 3 tire replacement and his knowledgeable update.
I requested to keep my old two tires and they had no issue. The timing on a Saturday to be seen was quick. The turnaround on the tire replacement, rotation, balance, alignment, and tpm was about 4-5 hours with updates via phone call throughout the day.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Christensen Tire and Automotive on E Belt Line Rd in Richardson. From the very first phone call, I knew I was in great hands. Hailey at the front desk told me, “We can get your thermostat ordered, fixed, and back to you the same day,” and they delivered exactly that.
The entire team was efficient, friendly, and incredibly professional. They made the whole process easy and stress-free, and the level of communication and care really stood out. It’s hard to find good, trustworthy independent car service these days, and Christensen is the real deal.
I’ll be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on. If you need any work done, stop in—Z and Hailey will make sure you’re taken care of and completely happy. Highly recommended!”
“The shop ordered and got the tires delivered same day I called them about my tire getting blown out. 4 replacement tires and labor costed $200 less than Discount Tires, and the treadware for the tires I got was significantly better than what I was looking at getting there. When I took my car in to get the tires changed it seriously took 20 minutes. Highly recommend for speed and price.”
