“Pulled in b/c my tire light was on, turns out one of them was flat! Young man had me pull over to speak to someone. Cesar came out and assisted me. He was polite, I liked that he communicated what was wrong, what the options were for a repair if possible, and he even offered an alternate solution to get me home b/c my spare couldn't be used.
They were able to repair the tire and send me on my way allowing me to make it home before the storm. Thank you to the entire team that worked on my car!”
“I came in today and wanted to know if they could reset my TPMS and get my sensors accurate in the truck and Ryan came out and at no charge he did it did a great job and very personable person I can tell he's customer service oriented thank you Ryan and thank you Mavis”
“Kind and caring staff, they’re extremely knowledgeable and honest. Esha made the process extremely smooth and made me feel comfortable and in the loop. Highly recommend!”
“I will only bring my vehicles to Craig’s Car Care. I continually get exceptional service from their amazing staff. They are not only the best auto repair place, but one of the best run businesses. They are thorough about all aspects of your vehicle, not just the problem. They provide you with a detailed report of their findings. The staff is very trustworthy and they do what they say they are going to do and call you when they say they are going to. It is getting hard to find any business that can do these things.”

“This is the best tire shop I’ve been to there’s a bunch of guys and they all know what they’re doing and they pay attention to little details. It’s a lot to explain, but they’re basically put the tires on the same way you would put it on if you’re home. They actually care instead of just putting your wheels and tires on. Thank you guys”
“We've been coming here for about 13 years. The guys there are great and remember us and the numerous cars we've been through.
Service is always great and they are very clear with any issues, including if something is urgent or can wait. They're always honest and dependable.
Would highly recommend.”
“Woke up to a low pressure warning and found a nail in my rear tire. Called Affordable Budget Tires and they told me to come right in. Turned out there were actually two nail holes, and they patched both properly from the inside for a reasonable price. Fast, honest, and no pressure to buy a new tire when a repair was all I needed. The guys clearly know what they’re doing, especially with low-profile performance tires. Highly recommend.”
“Tyler was super helpful!! He could have charged us for a new tire, but he was honest and said he could save us the $ by patching it. The tire looks brand new!! Our future tire business will only be at Lavon Tire Service.”
“Having a flat was stressful enough however, Noah an Ross at NTB Tires made my day!!!!! They were fast and found the problem right away and sent me hm with smiles on their faces and mine! I bought my tires from them and will continue to drive from Anna to Plano because of the people that you hire! Thankyou for making a stressful day a good one!”
“They are quick, courteous, and get the job done. Can’t ask for better than that. Kept up to date w calls for diagnosis, quote and when it was done. Perfect!
Adam helped us from start to finish and was just great.”
“Came in for a low tire on rear, lug nuts were swollen so, and had to have some more. Manager was very professional and was wanting to make sure I was safe on the road. Thanks for checking on this.”

“Mesquite Car Care was able to receive my towed car and diagnose the issue very quickly, the same day. By end of next day, they had my car up and running again. It was easy for me that they communicated via text, sent photos, and provided an itemized quote. I would highly recommend!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Fantastic job! They found the issue with our vehicle—a true needle in a haystack—and fixed it right. Highly recommend!”
“John has serviced our cars for years now, and has always exceeded expectations. We quit using Discount Tire completely, and just use them, they've been better on pricing, and excellent on service. We highly recommend them, they're great, and his team is always running a tight ship, and the wait time is never bad.”
“Wonderful team at The Auto Shop! Thank you for getting my son’s truck back to full functionality with the new part. I appreciate your work and help with scheduling.”
“Hejran runs a reputable business that provides quality tires at a food price. The service is very fast with a friendly crew.

“After 2 visits to other shops, stopped in for an inspection and their system worked! Before I could unload my laptop completely, it was time to leave. Great service! Then, I returned last Saturday because I couldn't figure out how to replace my fuel cap. Technicians have been fantastic and have great personalities. Thanks for saving me twice in October. Will be back.”
“Frank is an excellent mechanic, honest and knowledgeable with no upsell. I’ve been taking my vehicles to him and his team for years for routine service and repair. Cannot recommend enough!”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars All the Way!
I had an absolutely amazing experience at Christensen Tire and Automotive on E Belt Line Rd in Richardson. From the very first phone call, I knew I was in great hands. Hailey at the front desk told me, “We can get your thermostat ordered, fixed, and back to you the same day,” and they delivered exactly that.
The entire team was efficient, friendly, and incredibly professional. They made the whole process easy and stress-free, and the level of communication and care really stood out. It’s hard to find good, trustworthy independent car service these days, and Christensen is the real deal.
I’ll be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on. If you need any work done, stop in—Z and Hailey will make sure you’re taken care of and completely happy. Highly recommended!”
“I needed an oil change and Ac services. They were straight forward and to the point especially with pricing! I didn’t have a Groupon on me but he was nice enough to still apply the discount. Although they weren’t able to solve the ac issue the man at the front desk was able to direct me to someone who could 10 mins away. The people he directed me to fixed the problem, again straight forward with everything and very Convenient 10/10 would recommend!”
“The shop ordered and got the tires delivered same day I called them about my tire getting blown out. 4 replacement tires and labor costed $200 less than Discount Tires, and the treadware for the tires I got was significantly better than what I was looking at getting there. When I took my car in to get the tires changed it seriously took 20 minutes. Highly recommend for speed and price.”
“Best repair shop in Dallas, they fixed my front bumper overnight. They’re very honest and trustworthy, unlike other repair shops I’ve been too in the past who have tried to scam their customers or squeeze every penny out of them. Also a very friendly staff”
