“My boyfriend and I went in to look at vapes about 9:30 in the morning. And the guy working was great. cannot remember his name tho. He made great suggestions. One of those being the Smok x Monster refillable disposable. It was a new item and wanted us to try it. It's amazing ! Lasted so long, and flavor is great and last too! “I never even knew this store existed until one day I didn’t feel like dealing with the 5 year road project Rowlett has decided to take on to add a few turn lanes to an intersection. God they suck! So I looked around on Google for a vape shop near me. I figured I would go try them out. I was very happy I did. I found my new go to shop. They have very good prices, lowest as far as I remember from other stores. Great customer service too. I highly recommend you check them out.”

“Listen, this IS THE LOCAL SHOP YOURE LOOKING FOR. I’ve been visiting Sublime for 3 years now. These people order legitimate products from my experience—you’d be surprised how many shops do not. I tried getting photos of everything— but there’s too many options of things you’d never expect a vape to have.
I travel 45 min and back to come to this shop and I do it for the kind people who work here, for the good rewards program, and to support against any competition, and for the fantastic variety of products along with any questions answered with the utmost care and integrity.
And listen, like, I’m not the most social butterfly with strangers but have always felt welcome inside of Sublime. Never left with a faulty, broken, or fraudulent product. They keep good stock constantly also compared to other nearby shops.
If you aren’t sure of something definitely ask, even if you’re a bit awkward like I am, it’ll be an easier conversation to have. People come to smoke shops for PLENTY of different reasons.
Whatever your reason being, you’re welcome here, and they can help you. They have something new every time I come back. Great prices, great employees, quality products. Knowledgeable & Patient Staff: This is what makes the experience truly excellent. I told one of the associates I was relatively new to hookah and wanted to upgrade my home setup. He spent a good 20 minutes walking me through the pros and cons of different materials (like brass vs. stainless steel), explaining how different bases affect the smoke, and helping me pick the perfect hose and bowl. There was zero pressure to buy the most expensive item—only genuine advice to help me get what was right for me.
Fair Prices & Quality: You get what you pay for, and the quality here is evident. They have options for every budget without sacrificing on the integrity of their products. I never feel like I'm getting a cheaply made import that will break in a month. They stand behind their inventory.
