Elite Cigars & Accessories is a genuine hidden gem with a humble storefront that hides an expansive lounge and massive humidor inside. The gorgeous lounge has great ventilation. It boasts a great and massive cigar selection, carrying all the favorites from industry standards to specialty boutiques. The store also stocks a good variety of pipes and quite a few different blends of loose pipe tobacco. The quality is good and the prices are quite reasonable.
The staff provides exceptional and great customer service, with friendly and helpful experts who give great recommendations. The clientele is also friendly. It is important to note that the lounge is for cigars only, as some clientele are put off by the smell of pipe tobacco. Overall, it is a little gem in the Would Recommend category for its great selection and great staff.
Long time passer by, first time costumer, great experience. Nice fellow working made a recommendation and I am very glad I asked (since they have a large inventory to choose from). Thank you kind sir! Excellent cigars in that tin can. Truly a gorgeous burn and a smooth taste.

Wonderful experience visiting Plano from the Houston area. My boyfriend recently got into cigars and Rob was very helpful with his knowledge and recommendations.
