“Being that it was my first time as a Texan doing an emission process, Kyle took the time to clear things up on what to expect, what to do and assured the process would be simple. Had great conversations about other safety matters and was very patient to share his knowledge. The owner was also present and he was also a great individual to talk to. He helped understand legality details regarding tint. Great help all around. With this experience, I brought 2 cars for them to process. I was approved for my tags and now just waiting for them to be mailed to my destination. Will definitely bring my other cars for future services.”

He asked questions & pretty much diagnosed it from my husband's answers. He let us drop it off right then & called about 4 hours later & it was ready!

“Was referred to Truck Techs for a radiator replacement on my 2002 F250 diesel. At drop off I explained a steering issue and explored advantages of a S&B body mount kit since I was the original owner of my 22 year old truck.
Once they had a couple hours to look the truck over, I decided to replace the radiator and hoses, draglink, and install the body mount kit.
Dropped off 8am on Thursday and as promised, the truck was ready Friday before close.
Drove it home which was about a 40 minute drive with highway and city, the truck rode and handled like new!
This was my first visit to Truck Techs and I’m totally over the top satisfied, and will definitely reach out again next time!

“Our experience with Justin was amazing. From the very first session, we saw real improvement in our mini Bernedoodle’s behavior. His training methods were effective, easy to follow, and incredibly knowledgeable. We’ve worked with other trainers in the past, and he’s truly the best. With his help, we corrected jumping, leash pulling, reactivity to dogs and balls at the park, behavior in public spaces, greeting visitors at home, and improved Luka’s heel. “Had major issues with my truck I use for work. Was recommended by another mechanic that didn't specialize in that type of repair. Very nice and professional group and went over entire vehicle to check everything. Since the truck is my living I went all in and had all the repairs made. WOW! My truck has alot of miles for its age but now it's like new. Installed new cam, lifters, radiator, hoses, struts/ shocks, brakes and rebuilt front end. Yes! They can do it all...and fabulously. There was a slight glitch that was made that caused another problem and Tracy notified me...honest!! I got a new set of heads for free@!! A Premier will now be my goto for all my vehicle needs. “I was driving to an event in Fort Worth from all the way up in Denton. I was about to get into Fort Worth and I got a flat tire on my motorcycle. Josh the Manager just happened to be parked nearby when I parked at a gas station and offered to help me fix my flat. He called one of his trucks to stop by and inflate and plug the hole in my tire. I offered to pay him and he refused and said it’s what they do. Such a great company. I would 100% recommend them!”

“I called them early afternoon, they got me in mid afternoon, and had the brakes inspected and fixed by closing time. I’m so grateful how fast they were. They also had a courtesy shuttle available for driving me where I needed to go and picking me up again, right before the car was done.”
“I recently had work done on my 2011 RAV4 and was told that the splash shield was loose and causing all of this noise I kept hearing underneath my vehicle. What that business did was eyebrow-raising, given the fact that a mechanic used a ziptie to hold the shield in place. What they didn't tell me was that the mechanic tied it to a sensor. A friend said I should take my car to The Master's Touch. When I called Chris, he offered to inspect the shield and sure enough, he found that ziptie and promptly removed it. Then he used three of the clips that should have been on the splash shield to fasten it in place. A few days later I asked if The Master's Touch could replace that splash shield for me. The price was right and the work was done as I waited. All I can say about The Master's Touch is that I wish I had gone there sooner. The professionalism and the courtesy I found was such a relief to find. They are a jewel among the rubbish that is out there.”

I\nHeard a girl 1 day they were helping.She had had her car fixed at another shop or rather not fixed and they charged her fifteen hundred dollars!!! J d fixed her car for A fraction of that amount and he only had to fix it once he told her it wasn't a hard fix and the other shop , just patched it up and charged her a lot”

“I broke down in Keller , Texas while I was on my way to work. I contacted a guy that I work with & he told me to call his brother @ kings automotive. They were closed because it was Sunday, afternoon. The owners wife texted me and gave me the name of the the truck company that they work with. Got towed 2 their shop. It only took a day & half to fix my truck. Very friendly people to deal with& very professional. I highly recommend them if anybody needs auto repair.
