On the way to that location we passed O'Reilleys as soon as we walked in Jose took care of us so well. He got us back on the road in less than 20 minutes. It's experiences like this that make us still believe there's still good people and good business.”

“To comply with a fire inspection, I needed to replace two different types of batteries for exit signs. I had no luck in contacting the original manufacturer, who directed me to dealers who wouldn't respond. Denzel at Batteries Plus immediately identified the peculiar batteries and had them in stock. He provided prompt and immediate service and resolved the concern.”

“Most of the staff are pretty knowledgeable when I ask them questions about the things I need to work on my friends'and my vehicles. Since I do all the work myself, it's very helpful speaking to someone who knows what I'm referring to who is able to offer suggestions about the job as well. Their tool rentals have come in handy, and renting different kinds of pullers has saved me from additional stress and spending money on an expensive tool I only need to use once or twice.”

“I don’t expect the workers to be experts but they’ve always been pretty helpful and nice. More importantly I found the turbo air freshener at this location! Easily made me very happy because I’ve been wanting to buy one for my fiancé!Also I bought my windshield wipers here and they’ve been amazing unlike the ones I got at Walmart that were USED. A little pricey but I haven’t had to worry about them in a hot minute!”

“If I could I would give this location 10 stars. Ms Bobby is one of the most kind, very knowledgeable, professional, and hard working auto parts cashier I have ever met. I came in for an alternator on Monday which she gave me the most helpful tips on. I returned the core on Wednesday which while I was returning the core a guy came in and ran out of the store with a car jack(which was still in the box). Ms Bobby ran after the attempted thief along with the rest of the staff and retrieved the merchandise unharmed. Unfortunately the guy got away, but I’ve never seen a more loyal set of hard working and determined individuals. Ms Bobby along with the staff have now earned a valuable customer. This will always be my go to auto parts store and location from here on out. Thanks Ms Bobbi for being super awesome.”
“This location and experience was great! I was able to make an appointment online to get a new battery with free install for my car. I was greeted when I walked in he pulled up my appointment, knew exactly which battery to get and double checked that it would work in my car. Then I got money back for my battery (which they dispose of), He was kind informative and very quick. I was in and out within 10 minutes with a new battery in my car. Will definitely be recommending to everyone I know.”
“Great prices and selection, I purchased a good used battery the first trip; customer service when buying was very helpful and energetic, customer service when returning core was slightly rough, but that was partially my fault for not following the clerk’s instructions without deviation. I have been recommending them to everybody as a great alternative to purchasing new.”
“I had to write this review because what Jonathan at the O’Reilly’s store @ 4011 E Belknap St in Haltom City was just beyond amazing to me. I’m suffering financially like you would not believe. I only had $13 to my name and I don’t get paid for another 5 days but the battery in my key fob was dead and I had to have another one & to buy one would have cost me $14, I didn’t have it. But Jonathan remembered that someone had left one there and he had been waiting a long time for them to come back and they hadn’t so he gave it to me. It was such a blessing. I know everyone is thinking it’s just a key fob, but it’s more than that. It was so kind and it was such a blessing to me. I thank Jesus, that he was the one that helped me today. He’s just amazing. Thank you Jonathan. O’Reilly’s you guys have a wonderful employee there don’t lose him!!!!”
