“3/27/26 Excellent customer service! We needed new batteries on our scissor lift. Chris at the front desk and I feel awful not remembering the younger guys name, but both came out to help get the old batteries out and the new in. We had a bad cable and the younger guy was able to find us one even tho they don’t carry them anymore! Again, excellent service and we will definitely use them again!”
“Went there on my latest visit to turn in my dead battery for recycling. It was around 4:30 on Monday, a holiday - so it was relatively busy, maybe half a dozen+ customers? They let me borrow a cart to load in my battery from my vehicle. The friendly employees and manager quickly helped me to get in and out with minimum fuss. Not only that - I got a gift card for turning my battery in, which I was not expecting. Definitely recommended for your auto repair parts and maintenance products.”

Too bad about the Red Oak location though. Managers can really make or break a customer's experience with the employees they opt to hire & keep. Richland Hills O'Reilly ??.... Red Oak O'Reilly ?? OK, so... the mass airflow flow sensor is bought for my car (import) isn't communicating well with my car, so it's still running rough and the candies engine light is still on.... they hooked it back up to the code reader to be certain.... Turns out, I need one that has to be ordered (& costs more) BUT on the bright side I can return the one that I got several weeks ago so I won't be out for 2 of these sensors .. I came back to pay them to order the more e pensive replacement & was talking with Alan. Before I paid for it he let me know that it wouldn't be here at this store until Friday... I asked if there was anything he could recommend. I was listening, followed his suggestion and now the necessary part will be delivered on Sunday ! Thank you! I'll be back to return the one I originally purchased next week AND now I can say i have a reason to honestly say I feel I can trust OReilly (especially Alan! Lol!) Auto Employees when needing guidance regarding my cars needs in general. Hey, everything breaks eventually... now I know where to come to keep me safe & on the road.”

“Yesterday, I took my father to go get some parts for his truck tire rods etc and he was a bit loud, rude and very demanding. I got so embarrassed but I just wanted to share that Maria and Steven kept their professionalism and remained calm and respectful. I apologized he had been dealing with the truck, had not ate all darn day and he gets “Hangry” at 70yrs old. (Omg) Anyhow, customer service for me goes a long way and it shows that Oreillys Team cares about their customer. Just because someone is having a bad day, the stay calm and collective about it and work quickly to help a customer out and give recommendations on how to make it more time efficient by getting the right parts. My dad only wanted one part but it was recommended for him to take the entire new piece because precision was needed and it was gonna just take longer and have difficulty getting it right. You all they were so right!!! Thanks for sharing insight on what was the right way versus a “short cut and cheap ass” let’s admit we all want to save money but sometimes being cheap gets more expensive in the long run. Their knowledge and experience can truly make a difference so allow them to guide you! This morning, we needed a few screws that had bent and Teresa was able to pinpoint the exact screw that was needed and anyhow my dad was so happy with how fast and efficiently she took care of us.
