“The carwash itself is great.. but the blonde woman really truly dislikes her job. Someone needs to set her free. It's okay if you don't like the job, that's not a crime. But maybe go find something else. She never fully uses the brush on the front of the cars before they go in. She just seems generally unhappy.”

“Typically when my Jeep is as dirty as it was today, I haven't washed it in a couple of weeks, it takes two washes to get all the road dirt off. I'm saying that with other car washes, I went through one time expecting to have to double back again when I park by the vacuums got out and took a look I was very impressed my car was clean and didn't need a second run. The gentleman before I went through the wash really hit it good with the brush and lots of soap you can tell that they don't cut back on their chemicals and their waxes and their soaps when you go through the machine there's Suds everywhere I couldn't have been happier I did a quick wipe down of the few drops of water that were left from the powerful dryers that they have within minutes I was back in the car and on my way down the road. Five stars across the board for this car wash and their team I don't say this lightly but I would give the performance of that washed six stars if it was possible”

“I have a yearly membership. This location is always consistent with service and amenities. They offer microfiber towels, multipurpose cleaner, and a floormat cleaner. They occasionally shut down for maintenance, which is annoying when I drive 20 minutes to clean my car. Other than that, wash and vacuum takes about 20 minutes.”

They’ve done a couple of cars for me now this past year or so, but they just finished up my C8 Corvette Z06 and wrap the entire thing in paint protection film. They put Suntek Reaction with built in Ceramic. They Did Ceramic Tint, Ceramic Coating on the wheels, Ceramic Coating on the brake calipers. installed some of my air vents and some of my Carbon Fiber pieces. Flawless! I bought my mom an SUV, because we has a Nissan Rogue as our grocery getter. I drove it to visit my mom, she hinted it was cute, nice. From then, I knew I needed to find her one like ours.
I eventually found one a couple years newer. It had a couple pieces of loose trim. I found Big O Body. He's carrying on a tradition, and dying art. No, not auto body replacement, but actual autobody repair.
Nowadays insurance companies, and us, customers, seem to want parts stripped away, and replaced. Even on older cars. Just unbolt the old, replace with new. That's killing out landfills, with parts that a true craftsmen, with old school technique, can save, massage, repair/restore.
Easily Omar could have just order brand new parts. I didn't want that. I wanted my same parts, repaired, and to continue using them. Omar looked it over, you could see the wheels turning. He saw my request as a challenge, and didn't shy away.
Dropped it off at 9 am, he told me check in at noon. I checked in, car was ready. This is a 2018 Nissan Rogue. The side Omar repaired, looks I dentical to the other side. Stellar work. All without tossing the original parts in a landfill. The parts that came with the car, still with it.
Omar, your dad did an excellent job handing you the reigns to the business. The work you and your team put out is amazing. You say what you can deliver, upfront about the price, no games, no bait and switch.
Already discussed my next project. If you value family, and miss when a body shop was were craftsmen put in work, hit up Big O.”

The owner is a Wonderful person and very detailed oriented! The shop is very clean and well organized he has all the latest cleaners, polishes and equipment! I brought my 2026 C8 in to be serviced he washed and polished my car cleaning the wheels which included the face and the inside of the rims he also did the Wheel wells, engine bay and the frunk .The car shined like glass, it literally looked better than when I pulled off the showroom floor! believe how well the car turned out. He did all that work and still was two hundred dollars cheaper than the other quotes i received and I tipped him an extra hundred dollars for the job well done.
