“Eugene Garcia is a top notch professional loan officer, he carries himself with an amazing ability to slowly and thoroughly go through the loan process for refinancing an automobile. He was quick to answer all of my questions concerning the loan as well as engaging in a little bit of laughter along the way. He also offered me gap insurance without being pushy, explained what it was and let me know that he would recommend that service . I’m not one to add on anything to a purchase, but when he thoroughly explained to me the advantages of having it, it made sense and I made it part of my loan . Look for Eugene Garcia when you’re seeking out a loan for a car or home. He may offer other loan services as well, but I would check with him.”
“We have been members for several years now and have always had positive experiences at this branch. Recently, we came in to deposit some checks, and I accidentally left my Yeti bottle behind. When I returned the next day, I was told, “Yes, we saw it, but we can’t find it right now — we’ll keep looking.”
I came back a few days later to check one last time and was completely surprised to learn that the bank had credited my account $45 for the lost bottle while they continued searching for it!
I was truly blown away by that level of care and customer service. Not only did I not expect them to keep track of my forgotten item, but I certainly never expected NFCU to reimburse me for something I lost myself. Huge kudos to NFCU for going above and beyond and truly exceeding customer expectations!”
