“My whole family uses Apogee because they are very professional. Staff remembers us and calls us by name. Very easy to get ahold of and talk to one of the consistent associates (always a live person!) and they always help, whether it's getting your meds filled promptly, correcting any errors, advising about meds, or providing discounts when insurance doesn't cover enough. I highly recommend Apogee! They remind me of an old fashion pharmacy where customer service matters, before we had the massive chains with their revolving door of associates and wasting time trying to get ahold of a helpful person (or any person).”

“James, Tori, Paul, Isabella and the produce person which I did not get his name were exceptional... my brother and I needed some items in the store we could not find. James was very helpful and asked for the manager Paul who quickly asked if the item was in the store. Tori was absolutely awesome she not only led us the the direction of items we could not find but also helped us find the deli items we needed and prepared them for us. We were needing some baker potatoes and there were none out on the shelf he went to the storage room and found them. Isabella checked us out super quick we had several transactions and she made our check out faster than I could imagine. I've been to many stores and asked for help. I've never been treated with such kindness grace and understanding.”

“I find the employees to be very friendly and helpful at this store. I just wish they stayed open until at least 8pm, especially during the summer! 7pm is too early for many to get off work, get their kids, feed them, and get to the store! And I can't get Allegra-D delivered.”

“I have only one prescription , and it is a very expensive. fortunately. I have a discount card from the drug manufacturer. i went to pick up my prescription. My copay was $1000! Thanks to the pharmacy manager who realized something was poetically wrong due to thy cooay amount, she researched abs updated my info so I received my ninety day prescription at the cost of $141. I don't know her name, but I'm grateful for her. she also told me what to do when ordering the next refill to prevent that from happening again!!”
