“Great company. Booked a tow from one shop to another. Shortly before the tow driver arrived onsite I found out the shop it was to be dropped at would be closed and had no access to the property. They gladly rescheduled the tow for the following morning with no additional charges. Both dispatchers I spoke to were kind, personable, informative, and helpful. Great customer service!”

“The owner Ernie is the sweetest man. My son’s car broke down and needed to be towed. I told him about the car and the problems it had. He towed it to his shop, examined the problem and unfortunately it was not worth the cost of the car to fix. He was so upfront and honest about everything! He then towed the car to my house. The whole process was in 3 hours from my initial phone call. I will be referring him and using him for all of my future car repairs. Thank you again.”
