“My vet is semi retiring and transferred her clinic to this facility. In the confusion to get help for my dog, I accidentally called another vet clinic in Arlington with the same name and they told me to just come without an appointment because my 15 1/2 year old dog was having breathing issues. I ended up figuring out I called the wrong place when I showed up here. When I explained what happened, they said just come on in and we’ll see your baby. Dr. Heather Olge and the vet tech Jennifer were so kind. The woman sitting at the front immediately put me in a room and I hardly waited to see the vet tech or the vet. I can’t say enough how well they treated my dog and me. Dr. Olge explained things so I could understand, made sure to ask what we wanted for our dog and then treated my dog so well during the examination. I was a bit stressed when I showed up and they helped me calm down. I can’t say enough about the kindness and caring of the people working here. My vet doesn’t work every day now and it’s good to know when I go regardless if she’s there, they have staff and other vets who truly care for the animals.”

“First time visiting this place, in fact, first time to a Vet Hospital and I was blown away by the great customer service they gave, from the front desk to the nursing assistant to the Doctor. When he walked in, he just came in the room and sat on the floor. My dogs were all over him and he was so wonderful. It was amazing to see the patience and care that he gave to both dogs. I have never seen anything like it. They gave them treats and really got them comfortable. I'm sorry, but I didn't remember his name because I was mesmerized by his act of kindness. He has a photo in one of the reviews. Hope that helps if you want to experience what my furbabies did. It was definitely a great 1st time visit.”

Cornerstone brought back hope into our spirits from the first day we brought Entei there. He has had two surgeries with them, and multiple office visits. The staff are kind, understanding, compassionate, patient, trustworthy, and you can tell everyone loves what they do. Entei loves going the vet to see his friends (especially Aaron)!! Entei gets better with each visit at Cornerstone. I'm SO grateful we found them, and wish we had found them sooner. They have also seen our other fur-son Koji ( a husky who isn't exactly a people person) and they have managed to win him over. “First of all the staff is very kind. (most of the receptionist and some of the techs. I can’t blame them as they do not make policy) But, I have referred people to this clinic for 2 decades and never will again. I have recently seen that they add charges that seem redundant and unnecessary. I needed a very stressful service today and honestly their “policies“ added so much more stress, it was 100% greed in my opinion. Trying to earn as much money as possible, instead of caring about animals. But the money wasn’t even the worse part.This is sad to me because I have been going to that clinic for 20 years. I learned a lot about them from this experience. I did not like what I learned.. I have over 25 years experience in this field, and have never seen such extraordinarily high prices.Luckily I found a clinic that would let me pay BEFORE they put my dog to sleep. (That was one of the issues)No one wants to stand around and pay their bill knowing their pet is in the room dead. Most people want to put the animal to sleep and leave ASAP. Plus the other clinic was $200 less expensive for the same exact service minus the unnecessary exams and fear the animal would go tbrough . It really shows me that this clinic takes advantage of people when they are in desperate times with their pet.UPDATE: I revisited this clinic after years, everyone there seem so nice, the technician was a sweetheart and the vet was awesome. Everyone was very professional as well as friendly and accommodating. I am so happy that things are different since my visit years ago. I WILL be going back for our pet care. ❤️”
