“My ford expedition engine light came on I read all of the reviews about the Ford dealership in Killeen, Texas and they were not good. I read the review on Johnson Brothers Ford in Temple and I only saw one bad review so I took my expedition to them. I was told I needed certain repairs done after they ran a diagnostic on all of the items I listed one of the parts I had repaired turns out could have waited the part that can't really wait will now have to wait because it's just as expensive as the part that I had repaired over $2,000 Ford won't help with the cost because they say my vehicle is too old even though I just had a Ford dealership put a brand new engine in it. Justin did his best to try to get them to help me with the cost of the repair but he was told my truck is too old.He went out of his way to help me out. I'm a little disappointed how my case was handled, but I am glad to have my truck back.”

“Cortez did a great job meeting our needs. A smaller, family-run business. Very flexible and did great body work. Might not fit for those wanting a new/ flashy facility or white glove service. We were very happy and likely to do business there again.”
