“Quality work from a wonderful staff, I called about getting my Bed liner done and I was able to get an appoiment the following day. I dropped off my vehicle and had the key back in my hand four hours later and the quality of the job was top notch. The gentlemen who sprayed in the liner was walking outside and asked how I liked it and I expressed to him how amazing the job was. “Thank God i found WC tractor. Just moved to area and was going to purchase a Kubota dealer back in East Texas. Researched reviewed and asked around and had a great feeling with WC in temple. Very knowledgeable sales, matched priced from East Texas dealer and lucked out. From no pressure sales to excellent support. The newest gem I’ve had the pleasure of discovering is the rental shop there. Soooooo many options at better prices than any other rental shop. They have equipment that i can complete small and big tasks using equipment that i may only use for that one job AND using trusted Kubota gear. Mr Brian Sikes is an extremely helpful guide that is able to get me the proper gear for my “honey-do” tasks on the farm. Thank god for steering me to this dealership. Oh. My wife loves the tractor so much she’s using more than i am.”
“My ford expedition engine light came on I read all of the reviews about the Ford dealership in Killeen, Texas and they were not good. I read the review on Johnson Brothers Ford in Temple and I only saw one bad review so I took my expedition to them. I was told I needed certain repairs done after they ran a diagnostic on all of the items I listed one of the parts I had repaired turns out could have waited the part that can't really wait will now have to wait because it's just as expensive as the part that I had repaired over $2,000 Ford won't help with the cost because they say my vehicle is too old even though I just had a Ford dealership put a brand new engine in it. Justin did his best to try to get them to help me with the cost of the repair but he was told my truck is too old.He went out of his way to help me out. I'm a little disappointed how my case was handled, but I am glad to have my truck back.”

“I purchased a truck from Extreme Motors. Soon after I noticed an oil leak. Jason Kelly and his staff fixed more than the leak, they replaced every seal and gasket from the upper and lower oil pan, crankcase filter upgrade, oil cooler and added a nice performance tune as well. They were very efficient, thorough and prompt. I highly recommend him and his performance shop for all mechanical needs. My only minor complaint is that the inside of the truck was a bit dusty when it was returned—it would be nice if the vehicle was vacuumed before pickup. I initially went to O'Reileys in Jarrell to have my mother's car battery recharged. Instead of helping me help my mother, they made the decision to lie & say the battery couldn't be recharged & to buy a new battery. I went Eagle to because I felt something wasn't right & spoke to Caleb. Caleb was very helpful with information & offered to to see what he could do about my mother's battery. Caleb was able to recharge the battery and he promptly called to inform the battery was ready to be picked up. From now on my 1st stop will be Eagle Auto! Please make sure Caleb Steen is recognized in some shape, form or fashion. He earned it!”

“I had a great experience with this repair shop and really appreciated their honesty and professionalism.
They performed a diagnostic on my vehicle and determined that they believed the fuel pump was the issue. They told me they could repair it themselves, but they also made sure I knew there was a recall on the fuel pump and that the dealership should be able to repair it for free. They absolutely could have kept that information to themselves and charged me for the repair, so I was very impressed that they were upfront with me and pointed me toward the dealership instead. That kind of honesty goes a long way and really earned my respect.
I also had a great experience while waiting for the tow truck to arrive. I had previously told the two ladies in the front office that I was waiting for a tow truck, but they had gone to lunch when another employee saw me sitting in my black SUV outside. When the tow truck arrived, he immediately came over in his truck to make sure everything was legitimate. I explained that my gray Honda Odyssey was the vehicle being picked up and that the front office could confirm it. He immediately understood, smiled, said no worries, and backed up.
While it initially caught me off guard, I actually appreciated that he was paying attention and looking out for the vehicles on their lot. It showed me that they take their customers’ vehicles and the security of the property seriously.
Overall, I was very impressed with the honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail from the staff. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a repair shop they can trust.”
