I have a 2015 F250, brought to Ford for service and also to have my “Death Wobble” checked out. Ford dealer couldn’t find the issue. So I brought it here at Quality Tire & Auto. Within 5 mins they told me that my Tie Rod Balljoint is very loose and not safe to drive. Needless to say. I’m thankful for their expertise in our community!”

“There are not many companies that operate like this one. I took a big job to them with four wheels four tires Mount balance with tire sensors. They jumped on it with no problems. A small issue did arise, but they were quick to correct that issue.. Highly recommend them for your tire or U-Haul need”

“I have never been disappointed with the service at Discount Tire of Harker Heights. I had a tire going low, took it in, they repaired it, no charge. A few days later, my tire pressure monitoring light came on. Took the car in to have them replace a sensor. Once again, Joshua promptly greeted me, I explained the problem, he checked the system. Within minutes, he was back to explain the problem. Only needed resetting, problem fixed. Again, no charge. This is the BEST place to buy tires. Highly recommended! Thanks Discount Tire.
Update :
7 years later, and I still receive the best service ever. Some of the faces have changed, but the quality of service hasn’t. I know for sure that I’ve purchased at least 3 different sets of tires for each of the cars I’ve had. Never had a complaint. The people there are true professionals.”

“[REVIEW # 2,000! :D]I'm pretty familiar with Sam's given we have one pretty close to home. So, being here and the need came up, it was a good thing it was conveniently on our way home. (It was sorta a last minute calling-and-audible thing in the car.) It was pretty crowded on a weekday afternoon, but we got lucky with parking. (Right up front!) We needed to get a few things for dinner (we were currently a dozen peeps packed in Big Bro's house for a few days) so bulk was the way to go. We found everything we needed, and with the scan and go option, checking out was at ease. We couldn't leave without making a stop at the café. Mom had her usual hotdog and drink combo, and I had my pizza and drink combo. What a bargain: less than $5 to feed us both! And it's not like they're snack sizes: they were meal sizes! FUNNY FACT: I finally found something smaller in Texas vs California. I was surprised as I expected it to be much bigger compared to the Sam's I normally go to. Great run! Good to know they're here. Will make another stop when that kinda need comes up again!”
“I have seen mixed reviews, but let me just say…….. I was traveling during the night, at 4 am I had a blowout while on my way to a 9 am appointment. Only having a donut tire to drive on and still having 4 more hours to drive, I had myself a problem. I did a search not expecting to find any real solution and New Pools Tires came up as 24 hours with directions showing they were just 10 miles from where I was, couldn’t believe it! I called and someone actually answered, Unheard of! It was a little difficult to understand him, he has an accent. He took the tire size and said he would be at the shop waiting for me to arrive. I pulled up and it was dark, but as soon as I got there, he came out and turned on lights. He assessed and quickly got to work knowing my time predicament. Sarfraz was very polite and accommodating and accepted my credit card for payment. I am thankful God was with me and presented the solution I was in need of. I am also thankful someone is willing to work during the night, being available 24 hours and who actually answered the phone. I was able to get a new tire at 5 am while traveling, still can’t believe it! I made it just in time for my appointment. Thank you again Sarfraz!”

“My appointment was at 2 and they were extremely busy but they did a great job given the overload of vehicles they had the only reason I didn't give 10 was there isn't enough parking at the location to handle the overload of cars they have coming in , So just get these hard workers some more parking and you have a 10/10 location”

“I had a tire blow out on the I35 access road north of Salado. I called this company and asked if they could help a stranded old lady. Chris arrived quickly, got the tire changed, and, after asking him to order a new tire for me, I was on my way. Chris was exceptionally friendly and prompt in taking care of me despite the almost 100 degree temp outside. I had never used this company before, but I will give them a 5 star rating, verbal goodwill to all of my friends, and they have gained a customer for life.”
