“HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Randy and the team at Quality Tire!I brought my car into my dealership for a routine service appointment and also because my car and steering wheel were shaking when driving at high speeds. They had to keep my car over night because it was “a head scratcher” as far as what was wrong with it. When I got my car back the next day they told me they had rotated and balanced the tires and that my problem was solved. Upon driving home I noticed that my steering wheel was sitting diagonal and if I let my hand off the wheel my car went flying across the highway to the right and was still shaking.I called Quality Tire and Randy got me in that same day within a couple hours. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes with the actual issue and a SOLUTION. My tires were being shredded because of how bad my alignment was and one of my tires had a bubble in the tread that was about to POP!! The dealership sent me home like this without noticing a thing.Randy had new tires for me the next day, fixed my alignment and my car was running perfect again. “Came here because I had a nail in my tire, I asked to get a used tire because I didn’t know anything about patches. Instead of being money hungry they offered to just patch it for me! Once they took the tire of, one of the other workers showed me I actually head the thread coming out so I still ended up getting a used tire anyways but at least they didn’t try taking advantage of me! I appreciated them so much for the help! Only took about 10 minutes, I was in and out!”

“[REVIEW # 2,000! :D]I'm pretty familiar with Sam's given we have one pretty close to home. So, being here and the need came up, it was a good thing it was conveniently on our way home. (It was sorta a last minute calling-and-audible thing in the car.) It was pretty crowded on a weekday afternoon, but we got lucky with parking. (Right up front!) We needed to get a few things for dinner (we were currently a dozen peeps packed in Big Bro's house for a few days) so bulk was the way to go. We found everything we needed, and with the scan and go option, checking out was at ease. We couldn't leave without making a stop at the café. Mom had her usual hotdog and drink combo, and I had my pizza and drink combo. What a bargain: less than $5 to feed us both! And it's not like they're snack sizes: they were meal sizes! FUNNY FACT: I finally found something smaller in Texas vs California. I was surprised as I expected it to be much bigger compared to the Sam's I normally go to. Great run! Good to know they're here. Will make another stop when that kinda need comes up again!”
