“My pup’s left eye was suddenly swollen shut with lots of green discharge around it, it was a Saturday morning so I called my go-to vet in Belton and they told me we’d have to wait in person 3.5-4hrs. No putting names down or call backs etc. They didn’t see any need for urgency, so I hung up with them and called around and Jarrell Animal Hospital answered. They put me on hold to ask the doc if my dog could be seen same day and the doc said bring her in now we’ll see her right away. The facility was clean and welcoming. Staff was very kind and gentle. Dr. Karidi was very thorough and sweet with my dog after I explained she’s very skittish and leery around men. Not knowing what the cause could be, they checked for an ulcer in the eye and treated with a steroid and antibiotic. First thing Monday morning both staff and the doctor called and left vm’s to check on her as well as a text. It was easy to call back and get the doctor on the phone directly. Thankfully the treatment was a success and she’s almost fully healed and back to her normal self. Also, in alllll the vets and animal hospitals I’ve taken my pets to in the last 20+yrs none have ever put a cute bandana on my dogs. Only at groomers. I thought that was a super sweet touch to a great visit. No doubt we will return here for her routine annual care.”

It’s really annoying for have someone roll there eyes at you you ask to pick up a prescription… I understand having a bad day or not wanting to do your job but the customer come first and this shouldn’t have happened! She was even more annoyed then I told her I was using care credit….”

“Everyone from front desk to the vets are great! But I do have to mention that one of the prescriptions dosage was incorrectly instructed and written only the bottle. I'm glad my didn't overdose on it and her skin infection did improve very quickly because of being over medicated. Thank goodness she is ok amd didn't have any adverse reactions. I'm still giving 5 stars because sometimes human error is unavoidable, we all mistakes.”
