My cat's situation was urgent but not critical, so I was not seen immediately but got to see them interact with several more critical cases in a timely and compassionate manner. All charges were clearly stated before any work was done. No surprises. And they called the next day to check on my kitty. Great experience!”

“I was a walk-in, so I didn't mind the wait. The staff was friendly and great with my dog Eleanor. She didn't even flinch when they gave her the shot. Appointments are a few weeks out, so plan ahead. That being said, they do take a certain number of walk-ins a day.”
