“Took dog in for annual shots and an examination of possible cyst/skin tag on dog's vagina. Vet is very compassionate with dogs with extreme fear/anxiousness like mine. Gives treats repeatedly to reduce their stress. Fees are high, but what vet's isn't these days? Located near where I live so it's my preference.”

“This is the only veterinary clinic/hospital we will ever go to. We have 2 cats and 3 dogs and they all go there for everything. The groomers are AWESOME. And Dr. Cochran is THE BEST!”
“All staff demonstrated genuine love for the animals and care and concern for the humans. My cat's situation was urgent but not critical, so I was not seen immediately but got to see them interact with several more critical cases in a timely and compassionate manner. All charges were clearly stated before any work was done. No surprises. And they called the next day to check on my kitty. Great experience!”

“The only complaint i have is that I brought my pet in and the doctor never told me is was on deaths door. The appointment was Wednesday and my beloved pet passed on Sunday. I would have been more prepared if I had been told to expect the worst very quickly.”

“I was a walk-in, so I didn't mind the wait. The staff was friendly and great with my dog Eleanor. She didn't even flinch when they gave her the shot. Appointments are a few weeks out, so plan ahead. That being said, they do take a certain number of walk-ins a day.”

Tracy gave all the information needed and was so outgoing! She had a very sweet tone and was very patient with me. You can tell the receptionists love their job!
