“It's an old store, looks a little rough from the outside, the inside is pretty crowded when you walk in but it gets a little better. Bottom line they had a big toolbox I needed and the employees were super helpful to get me taken care of, loaded the box in my van with a forklift and let me throw the cardboard away after I unpacked the toolbox.”

“Don't be deceived by the appearance of the shop like I was the first time. These guys know what they are doing. I am extremely mechanical and perform all maintenance of my Dodge Ram 2500 4WD 6.7L Cummins diesel. I found them using Ai. I called them because I thought I needed to install a more powerful transmission because my truck weighs 2000lbs more than the stock weight. I also wanted them to upgrade my brakes and rotors. Ryan talked me out of those upgrades which would have cost $15,000. That impressed me. I had them replace the injectors, fuel rail and serpentine belt. They found some things that needed replacing. I was on a trip and he had no way to call me. He had that work done and said he wouldn't charge me since he couldn't get approval from me. I told him to charge me. I'm 70 yrs old and don't want to do the tough stuff anymore. This is THE shop to go to for diesel truck (any size) work you have. I have to drive 1.5 hrs to get there but it's worth it!”

I was traveling from houston to midland earlier this week. I had a piece of trim come loose on my wheel well on my suv and it lwas flapping in wind perpendicular to my vehicle. I was overwhelmed and completely a disaster. I pulled into this store and asked the clerk named Robert if he could help me get the piece of trim off so I could continue my trip. He literally crawled under my vehicle and unscrewed the trim and removed it. He and his manager said they wouldn’t take payment but they saved the day for me!!
I hope O’Reilly’s has an employee recognition program and Robert and his manager are rewarded for service above and beyond.”

“I had a great experience with Tom at Angelo Dent Removal. He worked on my truck and took a dent out of my door using paintless dent repair, and he did an amazing job! The dent is completely gone, and honestly, it looks like it never even happened.
The customer service was also excellent. The lady at the front counter was very nice, welcoming, and we had a great conversation while I waited. Everyone was friendly and professional from start to finish.
