“I pulled in with a 1996 jeep Cherokee, i immediately got the help I needed and they checked, replaced and i paid for it in less than 20 minutes. Overall they were so respectful and kind to me and my grandma. Will be returning!”
“Got quite a few items from here and I usually take the used motor oil to this location. Staff are always nice and helpful. They have parts for most popular vehicles in stock. Military discount offered, even for retired folks. I appreciate it.”
“I went in there to get the battery in my key fob changed out and Joe provided great service getting it taken care of. While he was doing that, an older gentleman was at the other register trying to get a new device set up. Chaning was extremely patient trying to sort through the gentleman’s passwords and work with him on getting his device configured. This store has always provided great customer service”

“I want to compliment Danielle on how she went above and beyond to help me replace my car's battery. I didn't have any tools so she brought her own to help me, and even did all the heavy lifting moving the battery inside. The battery checker was supposed to take an hour so she offered to take down my number and give me a call when it was ready. Unfortunately the battery was bad, but by the time I got back, she had already gotten the new battery ready for me and had it set out and ready to be installed. I believe Danielle is an excellent example of how I think O'Reilly's employee should act. I really appreciate her service today.”
“This location is always nice and helpful , needed a diagnostic and apparently the computer didn't want to work so couldn't get it done ...but they were friendly and apologetic and told me the other locations close by..Will continue to use them for parts and services”
“Destiny and Lew were amazing! Came in and showed them exactly what was needed and they knew instantly how to help. They had excellent customer service and were overall the nicest and most efficient employees.”
