“I want to compliment Danielle on how she went above and beyond to help me replace my car's battery. I didn't have any tools so she brought her own to help me, and even did all the heavy lifting moving the battery inside. The battery checker was supposed to take an hour so she offered to take down my number and give me a call when it was ready. Unfortunately the battery was bad, but by the time I got back, she had already gotten the new battery ready for me and had it set out and ready to be installed. I believe Danielle is an excellent example of how I think O'Reilly's employee should act. I really appreciate her service today.”
“Very thorough and friendly service. Tested several UPS units I brought in and replaced batteries in the two that were still good. Spent a lot of time helping me get everything I needed done.”

“If I could give 10000000 stars I would.
I was traveling from houston to midland earlier this week. I had a piece of trim come loose on my wheel well on my suv and it lwas flapping in wind perpendicular to my vehicle. I was overwhelmed and completely a disaster. I pulled into this store and asked the clerk named Robert if he could help me get the piece of trim off so I could continue my trip. He literally crawled under my vehicle and unscrewed the trim and removed it. He and his manager said they wouldn’t take payment but they saved the day for me!!
I hope O’Reilly’s has an employee recognition program and Robert and his manager are rewarded for service above and beyond.”
