“Chris was really helpful at the Honda parts counter. He made sure I got the right parts for my Accord, explained everything clearly, and even gave me a few helpful tips. He was friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. Great service and someone who represents Honda well!”

“This "IS" the place to get you transmission rebuilt, great price but, that's not why, Chris & Crew are "TOP OF THEIR GAME" and when you drive home you will 'thank me'!!”
“If you are looking for a honest, respectful, and knowledgeable mechanic, the team at Ernst are good at what they do and will help you with your vehicle. Their service is good quality and at a great or too.”
“Juan from Bill Williams took a tough job on a roasting hot day and finished strong! His experience, persistence, and professionalism are second to none! A tubed loader tire with a liner flap made this a hard slog...Juan is the MAN!”

“They were nice and figured out the problem very quickly and fixed our car fast, in fact we didn't even have to wait an entire day. They did a great job and were very flexible even with my crazy schedule.Highly recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired / looked at.”
“This place is amazing. They changed my oil for a great price got me in and out probably the fastest oil change I've had, not only that but they gave me a free car wash with my purchase. I also needed a gasket changed and they only charged me parts plus 100 bucks to fix which is a deal, and then finished it in under an hour. Honestly blown away by the experience. Thank you so much Patrick and the crew.”
“If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! Trista, Kenny and their staff went WAY above expectations on our unexpected visit to their shop. They were able to get to our truck right away after we had a hose blow out just down the road from the shop. The waiting room is very comfortable, clean and away from the noise and chaos of the shop. I ended up sitting there with our small dog for about 5 hours. Trista brought me snacks and they had drinks available in the waiting area. Kenny got the truck fixed but is was not the first time this had occurred in our 2005 diesel and we were just done dealing with it! We ended up buying a new/used truck from the dodge dealer in San Angelo and had to transfer all the stuff from one to the other including a golf cart! Then, we discovered the trailer hitch didn’t fit any of the sizes we had so Kenny went to town to buy one for us. They allowed us to leave the old truck at the shop until we came back through town on our way back home. We unfortunately kept them for an additional hour after their closing time trying to get everything set and ready for our next 5 hours on the road. It was a great experience in an otherwise crappy day. THEN the next morning Trista texted us to make sure we’d made it to our destination! This is a small business that goes above and beyond and that’s almost impossible to find these days. Thank you for everything!”

“I was able to leave my car to get checked out and was called to let me know what was the problem. I was given an estimate and if I wanted to get it done and I said yes and they said they were able to get it done that day. I wish I had taken them my car sooner than leaving it with the dealership that kept my car for 4 days and did nothing with it. I will continue to bring my car here for any issues etc... And I will recommend them to everyone i know! Thank you for such great service Premier Automotive 🙌”
“I had the best car buying experience with Jim Bass Ford again!! My salesman “B” is the absolute best!! No pressure, no hassle. He was very helpful and they had all my paperwork ready to go when I got there! Fast, friendly and reliable!!”

“Y’all my jeep sat in Abilene at a shop for 3 weeks, I had it towed to Kelly’s and he had it in and out in 3 days. There was a problem with a part they installed (product flaw, not Kelly’s fault) I brought it back and he fixed it at no charge. He his team went out of their way to make sure it was in tip top shape. I cannot recommend them enough!!”

“Outstanding experience with the auto center guys yesterday (10/11/25). My RV trailer tire blew out just outside of town. I needed a new one to use as a spare for the rest of the trip back to Fort Worth. Ryan was super helpful in getting me the right size. Kudos also to Samuel and Ricardo for getting me back on the road withing 30 minutes. Glad y'all were close by and we appreciated the great service!”

“The only auto shop we will use. These guys are great. They know us by name each time we walk in. Fast service. They are honest and do not try to rip you off. My wife says the only shop she has been to where they don’t talk down to her.”
