Had a car that was due back in Dallas in a day. I had already extended the rental 3 times. They were sympathetic to the reasons for the extensions and my reluctance to drive to Dallas. He kindly extended my rental again and offered to change the return location if needed. Greatly appreciated it.

They’ve always treated me well.
Left a pair of high end headphones and a rental car and Sean found them the next day and called me to let me know he had them.
I’ve had my issues with rental car companies like everyone, but at least at this location employees are honest and helpful.
