“After being involved in an accident just outside of Eden, Texas, Lauren Reyes was like a breath of fresh air after spending the entire day dealing with my insurance, talking to my family, and trying to figure out how I was going to get back home to Houston. She helped guide me through the entire process and even found me another truck when the one I had originally reserved was no longer available. She is truly a professional, and the service she provides is outstanding. 10/10.”

“Me and my boys are in the military and other vehicle rental companies in the area were terrible. Sean at the desk went out of his way to get me and my boys a car for the weekend. I appreciated his patriotism towards us and his efforts into getting our needs met!”

“I drove down from Wisconsin and my vehicle broke down near San Angelo. Every rental car place was sold out due to the flooding that had recently occurred. Hertz had a vehicle left. Ariel was professional, polite and treated me like an old friend. I was stranded and he went out of his way to take care of me. I tried to tip him and he refused and said a tip was not necessary and he just likes to help people. We need more people like Ariel in this world. God bless you Ariel. If you are ever in Wisconsin and need help, look me up my friend. I owe you one.”

“Taevon is awesome. Super sharp and professional, and well on his way to inevitably be becoming management. My current Enterprise location is on Inwood Road in Dallas, and he assisted me out here in San Angelo with a vehicle that broke down, and helped me get into exactly what I wanted. The other young man Brydon was also super professional and polite as I overheard him helping other customers. I’ve been through many branches in the Seattle and Dallas area and I’ve been renting 10 1/2 out of the last 11 years through Enterprise. Just another one of many good experiences. …”
