“I drove down from Wisconsin and my vehicle broke down near San Angelo. Every rental car place was sold out due to the flooding that had recently occurred. Hertz had a vehicle left. Ariel was professional, polite and treated me like an old friend. I was stranded and he went out of his way to take care of me. I tried to tip him and he refused and said a tip was not necessary and he just likes to help people. We need more people like Ariel in this world. God bless you Ariel. If you are ever in Wisconsin and need help, look me up my friend. I owe you one.”
