“Great selection on bath towels, so many colors!! Found the exact color of green that I needed. Freddy, the cashier, was very nice and very personable. It was nice to be greeted at the cashier station by someone who seemed to enjoy customer service versus someone who is on their phone or has a bad attitude.”

“This store is a great place to find some good deals. It is well laid out and fairly spacious. The aisles are a bit narrow in the clothing area and shoes area. The shoe area is organized in a bit of a confusing way but the selection is pretty good. We have found hey dudes, adidas, aerosols , under armour, north face ,and other name brands. There was great clearance prices in every section . From luggage , clothing, home goods, furniture, electronics , and snacks,they have a vast selection of merchandise that is sure to meet your needs. The cashiers were very friendly and quick.”
“When my wife ordered my oldest daughter's prom dress from Dillard's. This location fulfilled the order. Associates here packed the dress with the utmost care. It was wrapped in the harder water proof plastic. It was folded nicely in the box and then tissue paper and bubble wrap was put on top to protect the dress from getting sliced if opened carelessly. This is the a kind of care that is not seen often nowadays. Whomever works in the fine gowns area or online processing. Thank You!!! As went above and beyond with some good ol fashioned TLC.”

Tip I tried to give him telling me it was against store policy to accept it. I hope you will reconsider your decision to tell the customer what to do with their money..you have no issue with me running the register to check myself out so I do not understand why i can not reward someone who helped me greatly.
