FITNESS 1440 is an absolutely amazing, clean place with a great environment and true gym vibes. It is very laid back without all the chaos of big gyms, featuring lots of great equipment with little to no wait and a large variety of appliances. The gym is super clean, including the showers and bathrooms, which have a small sauna as a nice addition. All the employees are willing to jump in and assist anyone, providing helpful explanations and 100% VIP treatment. The owners are great and the trainers are amazing, helping to maximize body appearance and muscle strength with visible results. It is a clean gym with plenty of space to work out.

I really enjoy the atmosphere and the small crowds. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and best of all is quiet at all times. Very respectful members.

They kill it everytime. True gym vibes, not everyone standing and messing around for 3 hours on the machine you want. COME TRY IT
