“Everybody minds their own business and just lifts. You can grunt and people don't stare. Very clean facility and PRIVATE showers and bathrooms. You don't have to share a bathroom, locker room, or shower. They have a pretty cool, state of the art, body fat calculator that helps you track and manage your weight and bf percentage as well as gives you diet choices and help. Not to mention tanning beds. ? ?”

“In my opinion, it’s the best gym in San Angelo. The owners are wonderful people who will treat you like a friend versus a customer. Everyone I’ve met so far has been great and friendly.”
“Great variety of equipment without being over crowded. Friendly staff.Updated review: after a year of being a member, I signed up for personal training. Their trainers and fitness manager are top tier. They entire staff is very supportive and encouraging when you come in. By far the best gym in town.”

“I am in San Angelo for several weeks for work, so I contacted San Angelo CrossFit about joining while I'm in town. Jeromy, the owner, is super flexible with my work schedule since I'm here at different weeks. He made an arrangement to pay for the weeks that I know I'll be here, and when I come back, I'll pay for more. Everyeone in the classes are friendly. The gym has good equipment, and there are several classes a day on weekdays and one on Saturdays. Thanks for the flexibility and helping me find a non-work community while I'm in town!”
“I would say the place is very organized. And has everything you need. Its clean and the restrooms haven't disappointed yet lol. The water fountain is fresh and cold and also comes with a bottle fill station ? only down side is the staff. Some of them are friendly while a decent amount of them dont greet or say much when you leave. They are too busy on their phones or chatting amongst themselves. But if you dont care about the staff and only want to focus on a workout. This place is good”

“I’ve been working out at CrossFit Diamond Steel since 2021, and I’ve never once considered looking for another gym. The facility is top-notch—always clean, well-equipped, and spacious. The Mayhem programming is fantastic and challenges me every single day. But the community is truly the best part. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel right at home, whether it’s your first day or you’ve been a member for years.”
“Super friendly staff! The facilities and equipment were very clean, functional, and easy to use. They also offer personal training and group classes. Would recommend and will come back!”

“As a longtime member, it would be impossible for me to describe how much I love San Angelo Strength and Conditioning. Coach Aubrey has been an integral, passionate, and amazing part of my life for nearly a decade. I first met her in 2015 when I was ten years old. Our parents were constantly on the lookout for family-oriented gym locations that could help us become better athletes. It was not long before we finally discovered Aubrey. We loved that she enforced science-backed training and discipline in a way that was friendly and supportive. Her natural enthusiasm and encouragement made her seem like a friend and a coach. Today, I am able to train my body comfortably and make invaluable fitness progress despite having faced multiple hamstring injuries during high school. All in all, I cannot recommend San Angelo Strength and Conditioning enough and I am so proud to have Aubrey as my coach.”

“When my family arrived to San Angelo we didn’t know anyone, we became members at the YMCA to get our kids involved. In the few months we have been here my kids have taken swim lessons with Mr. Austin and spent some time in the e-sports room with Mr. Jeremy. Both have been so good with my children, they are so patient with them and have helped them learn so much. Neither of my kids had spent any amount of time in the water before we anrrived and now they can make it across the pool with relative ease. My fears with them in the water have subsided. I’m so grateful for the decision to come here and get involved the way that we have.”
“I participated in this weekend’s May the 4th Be With You competition and I have to say, “Thank you!” for hosting that incredible event. I found out about it almost 2 years ago and it has been my goal to participate ever since I wanted to try out powerlifting. In general the powerlifting community is so strong in positivity and encouragement, but your gym’s hospitality just made it even better. It was well worth the 7 hour drive to participate.”
