“First impressions, right no definitely not whenever I drove into San Angelo for a cow show. I thought that this hotel was gonna be a grimy place, but I was so wrong. This is one of the cleanest showers. I’ve actually been in at a hotel. The breakfast was amazing. It was so close to the arena. I loved the rooms. I slept for two hours, but that was the most comfortable bed ever.”

“I got married at the Cactus this weekend and received the most compliments on the architecture and design of the venue! Decorating was so easy here, we let the venue take center stage here! From the beautiful staircase to the stunning ballroom, this was the perfect location. Emely was amazing and took care of the floor plan, and we had the best crew helping set up, and take down after the wedding. Rebecca made sure we had everything we needed at the end of the night and everyone was so welcoming and helpful. This was truly the perfect night!”

“2 nights here last week. Rose is AWESOME! It's her 10 year anniversary at the hotel and I hope she gets a raise. She works so hard making breakfast and cleaning up. Please tell her I made it home after my motorcycle was fixed.”
“This place wasn’t bad for one night. The bathroom needed to be updated and getting in the shower was super slippery. It’s in a safe area. The breakfast I was disappointed in as they only had hard bagels.”

“Once we checked in and went to the room ..ac wasn't working ..fire detector was beeping..food left in fridge and dirty clothes were on the floor.. second room bedding had food in it and very dirty sheets .. very disgusting won't stay there again”
“This is a very decent hotel but it is really hard to find the entrance it's kind of tucked away.
Staff is very friendly rooms are clean and tidy, pool is small but adequate. I usually stay at hotels with free breakfast but this was an exception”
