La Azteca Meat Market is an authentic Mexican market in San Angelo, Texas. It is a multi-business location with a small commerce store inside. The deli offers an assortment of different types of cooked meat, barbacoa, tacos, quesadillas, and fresh tortillas. They also have good salsas, agua frescas, and a selection of imported foods from Mexico. The place has a very authentic feel, with Spanish music playing and smells that remind people of home. While the selection of meats is not huge, it goes beyond the basics. Staff is friendly, and the food is delicious and cooked very well. It is a perfect and awesome place that provides a sense of Mexican heritage.
This neighborhood store has of the best meat markets in the Concho Valley with a wide variety of meats and other great products. The employees are courteous and helpful. Wish Azteca had more locations.
