They have the best pork sausage. This is a meat market for pork. They smoke sausage and it's the best! They also have little links of there sausage similar to a hot dog size.

The best sausage in the world. Try it in gumbo. Your eyes will roll back in your head from pleasure. I come all the way from Colorado to get it!
