The laundry side features big washers and dryers for bedding, large tables for folding, and an attendant is sometimes on site to help with the card system and app. However, many laundry machines frequently have Out of Order signs, and dryers sometimes do not do the job. The car wash area has faced criticism for being dirty and for having only one or two working bays, with issues like poor water pressure. When problems occur, management provides refunds without hassle. The place accepts credit cards and offers tons of product, with spray soap, brush soap, and hot wax turned way up. While convenient, the number of out-of-service machines can make the place feel trashy.
The bar for self-service car washes is pretty low right now. This place only has one working bay, but it has a credit card reader, and it works, so 27 stars.

completely satisfactory laundry site, has an attendant on site to explain the card system and help you with the "one-offs" that sometimes occur.

The washers were pretty good, but the dryer just did not do the job other than that. It was okay. The car wash. I don't know what's happened to it. It's all dirty dirty everywhere. I think there's only like one Bay. 2 bays open, so there used to be real. Good about keeping it clean.
