Maybe if you dont like your job go elsewhere but everyone else is super friendly and they do an excellent job.”

“Used Turtle Hole Car Wash for the first time today. I'm pleased with the quality of the wash - my windows are streak-free and crystal clear. The car looks great and I love that it's truly touch-free without metal guides for the wheels.I do wish the credit card payment terminal gave clearer feedback - I couldn't tell if my payment went through so had to pull up my bank app to check if I was charged. I also found that the air dryers just swirl the water around on the back window instead of really drying it off, but they did well on the rest of the car. Best car wash option in San Angelo IMO.”

“Best car wash in town to wash and detail your own vehicle. There is not a dollar to quarter changing machine but the attached laundromat next door has them and even if dollar changers are broke or out, staff will gladly exchange your dollars for quarters. Very nice owners and employees.”

“I bought a 12 pack of cans of Diet Dr. Pepper at this place this morning and when I got to work, I pulled out the first 4 cans and stuck them in the fridge and left the last 8 in the car. The 4 cans in the fridge were all "popped" meaning the top was pushed upwards from being stored in too hot a temperature. I knew I would be drinking those cans but I vowed to take the remaining case back to the store and returning the rest of them. When I got into the car during my lunch hour, I pulled out the remaining 8 cans and found that of the remaining 8, only 3 were popped like the first 4. I still had one from the morning and went in and tried to return the 4 bad cans for cans that were not popped. The staff member said he could not return loose cans since the cans came from a 12 pack. Which is ridiculous. I was pissed but he called his manager who told him to replace my 9 cans with a full 12 pack of Diet Dr. Pepper cans after first checking all the cans to make sure they were not popped. I was very impressed although returned three cans to the staff member. But I wanted to make sure I wrote a positive review for the manager for the excellent customer service.”

“I love the unlimited wash subscription and the free vacuums. The employees who prep the cars by spraying them down don't do it properly. A couple of days ago, a gentleman sprayed my windshield, part of the driver's side and the trunk. He didn't prep the passenger side, the front end, the rear end, or use the broom on the windows. That is not how you prep for a Premium package subcriber. This is not the only employee who has done a poor prep job, but he was the worst. I still recommend Zips. Perhaps they should work on employee satisfaction and training.”

“I saw the bad reviews and was a little worried! My car hadn't been washed in a super long time, and I was in a hurry so I stopped by. I just got the $9 wash and it was pretty good! My car wasn't completely spotless but it was obviously much better than I would've done on my own and it was super quick. Will probably come back!”

There was a gentleman there who assisted us and offered advice-it was a wonderful experience better than we anticipated! The van came out great! “Easy to find, was just what I needed for a quick cheap rinse to clean out the AC cooler and radiator on my truck. Would recommend to those looking for the same. Pressure was a little soft but worked excellent for my purpose as I didn’t want to damage the cooling fins. ??”
