Didn’t finish checkout during online rental agreement because didn’t understand pricing. Received a phone call about 15 minutes later. She walked and talked me through the whole process and pricing. Helped me fully understand. I didn’t have to go out of my way at all. That’s great customer service!

I want to recognize the easy process since the beginning to request l, pay on line, obtain the access code and the amazing support that I've received from customer support. I called them and they were not available at that time, however they called me back in less than 5 minutes solving all my questions.
