The two gentlemen making the delivery called ahead to confirm their arrival and showed up exactly when they said they would. All of my items arrived safely and without any damage, and the crew took extra care to place them neatly in the small space I had available. Also, your driver finally got to deliver on Monday 6/17/2025. I believe his name is Estaban. This gentleman remeasured for me just to make sure this great grandma had measured it correctly. He put the container in the exact place we needed.
He knew exactly where I wanted it and he made it happen. Outstanding Service and Customer Service from both these gentlemen.

I would have left a 4 star since they dont have dolliesor carts, but after coercing a 5 star review, they only deserve a 3. Also, part of the facility was flooded when I was loading up my storage space, but I was in a 'no other choice situation'”
“I've been a customer for about 7 years. The owners are friendly, helpful, and non intrusive. The storage units have a gated fence surrounding the entire facility. The hours in which you can access your storage unit are posted clearly at the entrance, with a warning that you need to be out by 10 pm in order to avoid being trapped inside. They aren't kidding. The code you use to open the gate to go in, and open the gate to leave, stops working the second the clock turns to 10 pm. I was trying to grab something, and although I was quick, I was not quick enough. My code stopped working, and I had to call the main number and wait for a callback so that I could get a temporary code to exit the facility. The owner was nice and said, "It happens". So, I plan to stick with them for their kindness, the prices, and the overall condition of the units, which is nice. Thanks.”
